If Robinho did something special/different/unique alognside the stepover then maybe you could call it that, but he doesn't it is just "Step-overs." Damn Fail.

What I don't understand is why the defenders in these skill videos never move at all. It's probably easier to just use a cone if the defenders aren't going to do anything. They should at least defend lightly by backing up a little and possibly pushing the dribbler to a certain side. That way it would prepare you to use the trick in a game situation. Just a suggestion, the video is informative though :)

The defender is not supposed to move...it's just so that you have someone standing there that you can try and get past...I've played football for many years and we've had that at our practices.
