flip flop hubs use freewheels. it's just a way of fitting bigger or smaller drivers, they'll usually hold 16 and up on one side and 14 and lower on the other, but if you want to go smaller than 13 you have to go cassette. duh.

there is a freewheel, cassette, freecoaster, coaster brake, and a flip flop is the same as a freewheel only it has threads on two sides so you can run a 36/13t and the other side is for 14's 15's etc.. it doesnt have reverse threads for left hand you kids are stupid.the g sport ratchet is just a cassette my friend has one..if you want to run left hand you can use the eastern bi-rectional it goes either side,but its a peice of shit(myfriend has one)..any more questions?
