No, the Dust Brothers did the entire soundtrack. This song was however in Pi, Snatch, and in Best Laid Plans. The sound in that particular song is similar to the sound that the Dust Brothers employ in Fight Club

i think its a referance to fear, and how fear doesn't actually exist - it's something we create within, which is correct if you think about it. The majority of this video when he's being followed, and then starts running and they're chasing him, it's quite scary, I thought they were going to catch him and then... well kill him lol. At the end he stops and so do they - the whole time he's been scared of what would happen if they caught him - yet they didn't - his fear was for nothing
