  • Another violent teabagger thug.

  • I'm sure none of the black Obama supporters never committed a violent crime as bad as this...lol

  • stomp that cunt, she was there to cause trouble and she got it

  • Make sure you get out and vote people!!! It's time to get pissed off. I don't want to see a single one of these tea party lunatics win an election. In a moment of excitement, this jackass did what every one of his fellow teabaggers wanted to do. They HATE and demonize anyone who disagrees with them, which is everyone. Most of us thinking people don't hate, but pity them... our extremely misled fellow Americans. This is a perfect example of the way these lunatics will govern. GO VOTE!!!!!!

  • I'm I the only one who thinks it's strangely funny that these goons are screaming to get the police as they attack this woman?

  • A lot of people think that Tea Party members are the same types of people who would have been NAZIs in Germany in the 1930s. This thugs behavior reinforces that fear. The comments of a lot of the people on this message board prove it to be true.

  • This video doesn't even come close to showing the entire scenario. How come it doesn't show her running up to Rand and shoving a sign in his face, possible even hitting him in the face with the sign. What's the blonde wig for anyway if she isn't trying to do something dirty to begin with?

  • Hey idiots, try to get your arms around this: The thing that people are objecting to is that he stomped on her when she was on the ground and totally immobile. The fact that you think she's a lesbian doesn't mean that she deserves to have some thug put his foot on her neck while she's on the ground.

  • I bet he beats his wife too! He could have seriously hurt her and if it wasnt for someone saying something I bet he would have continued on.

  • "When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross." -- Sinclair Lewis, 1935

  • @publicanimal Well, to be honest, I'm just on about the fact that our country is founded upon the principal of free speech (as long as it doesn't infringe on another's rights i.e. stomping on someone's face.) I mean, I'm not new to politics or protest-- I live in Washington and am a Government major. Approaching someone with an opinion, in no way, constitutes mindless violence.

  • @Jitters10 She was bum-rushing a candidate for national office. You really don't see how that constitutes a potential threat of violence? She had to be taken down for as a security measure. She did not deserve to be stomped on, and that is why Profitt is being charged with assault. Bum-rushing someone is beyond an act of "free speech". You think the secret-service would allow someone to bum-rush Obama? You think anyone would be sympathetic if a person who attempted to do so was hurt? NO!

  • @publicanimal It's the 'stomping' we're objecting to, not having her restrained if she's rushing the car. It's the excessiveness that's the problem, and it's excessiveness that's built into Tea Party extremism on all positions. Proffitt's a jerk who needs to be taught a lesson, and charging him with assault is obviously not enough to do it. He's now demanding an apology from HER? What the fuck for? She did nothing to him. If she was a potential threat, let the security detail handle it.

  • DAMN TEABAGGERS!

  • When someone attempts to bum rush a candidate involved in a national election, they must be viewed as a serious security threat. She did not deserve to be stomped on and Profitt was wisely let go. However, her actions were foolish and they were right to attempt to protect Paul. Just because she's a woman doesn't mean that she couldn't have intended to do harm to Paul.

  • This is worse than I expected, but it's also hilarious. No sympathy.

  • @publicanimal No sympathy? When a redneck stomps a liberal, surprisingly to you, I'm sure, no one needs your sympathy. It's not funny-- it's not a joke. This is our country. Not only does it influence you and me every day, but it is where we live! We don't want to live in a place where people stomp on each other over different beliefs.

  • This is absolutely terrible and completely uncalled for. Can we say lawsuit????

  • I WONDER IF THOSE ''MEN'' HAVE WOMEN IN THEIR FAMILY...

    THIS IS JUST SHAMEFUL...
