Demcad I work in the firearms industry and whenever someone buys more than one handgun at the same time or within 5 days of the previous handgun purchase a seperate form is filled out and sent to the state. This form states all of your personal information that you put on your original form and includes the make model and serial number of the handguns you purchased in a 5 day period.
