This demonstration is meant to be artistic and display the level of dexterity that the competitors are capable of. He has combat moves in his repertoire, but they're quick, easy to miss, and probably aren't as impressive to watch. People tend to speak poorly of those whose talents they envy, and you appear to envy quite a few people since you've left bad comments on all the competitors' videos.

@robbie131313 this is a martial arts DEMONSTRATION. true, these sorts of moves would be fairly useless in a self defense situation. but think about it; how often does one defend oneself with a sword anymore? in addition, the speed and skill necessary to do this sort of thing is incredible. if you were to take that same speed and skill and apply it to more traditional forms and techniques, you would be a damned good fighter.
