The key to good humus is to put a nice amount of greek yogurt in it to make it smooth. Without the use of fat though, beating it with milk is another way.

@whatsinmadrid No Middle Eastern person would ever do that. Ever. Hummus is supposed to contain chickpeas, tehina, garlic, lemon, salt and spices only. Anything other than that and it's no longer hummus.
