  • @3rdfromthetop essentially they haven't really changed, they just got a little older

  • the death's-head makes me lol xD

  • this song was released, Ready to Rumble Soundtrack. The song itself is in the movie, towards the end.

Idk about anyplace else, but it's deff on the cd.

  • this is bad compared to the Agent Orange Original.

  • Pennywise and the Offspring do the best punk covers.

  • wow wuts wit da skull

  • Sucks

  • Local does a WAY better cover.

  • ese no es off spring es el agente naranja es de donde se robaron el riff

  • @karimeemirak shut up if u read the comments everyone alredy knows that.

  • its not unreleased if its on my ipod (:

  • Thanks to Offspring for leading me to awesome punk bands like Agent Orange, TSOL and more

  • @JinxmasterMKII Fuck yeah!

  • @JinxmasterMKII HAHA you gotta be joking right?

  • decent cover but no where near as good as agent oranges bloodstains (Darkness) version

  • Yea! they have Punk influences , the oc punk scene in the 80s influnces them ... look the name the adolescents and look at the name offspring kind of the same

  • ehh... too slow

  • The Offspring covers everything!!! The Police, Agent Orange, AFI, etc. lol. at least they are good!

  • was'nt this on a tony hawk game?

  • @henridvl1994

The original was, yes. On THPS4 to be exact.

  • good cover!!!

  • good cover by the offsrping.

  • agent orange

  • I have this song somwhere on tape.I think it was played by spermbirds 15-20 years ago

  • it's ok. agent orange is far superior though

  • not as good as AO

  • agreed agent orange can't be topped the darkness version in particular.

The offspring did good with this though. They didn't try to make it pop punk and I gotta hand that to them because they usually have a more pop oriented sound.

  • @whitetrashoutlaw ...Have you heard their first four albums?

  • @DJxLoomis The offspring's first four? Yeah. I had smash and the self titled, it's still pop punk but they always did it better than most of those bands.

  • @whitetrashoutlaw It sounds more like punk tinged with heavy metal to me except for about half of Smash (some of it was pretty poppy) but otherwise, straight-ahead punk.

  • tsol, agent orange, detours, circle jerks, black flag, the midle class, eddie subtitle, dickies, deadbeats, etc. all were pre 2nd wave of metal.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork Why do you bring this up?

  • because those bands were doing crunchy guitar(hardcore) and speed, before your precious metal.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork My "precious metal?" I just said older Offspring sounds like punk tinged with metal. I prefer punk. Who are you talking to?

  • @DJxLoomis, who do you think i'm talking to? are you a mental midget suffering from cognitive stupidity? because offspring sounds nothing like metal. they sound like old school punk rock with some late 70s power-pop elements. The sound itself has nothing to do with black sabbath esque metal. It's closer to hard rock, punk, power pop and surf(dick dale, ventures, surfaris,) music.

so buy some more neurons, retard.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork You do know Offspring didn't show up until '85, well after both hardcore and metal were well into the scene, their early records have very hard rock or metal tinge to them, just listen to "Jennifer Lost the War" or "Beheaded." True, they have a variety of other influences, but their main sound early in their career was this. Most music critics actually seem to agree with me, and I'm not talking pretentious newspaper snobs, actual people who study music.

  • @DJxLoomis okay at this point I think you're just trolling or very slow in your head.

Yes of course I know they came later on but the ground work was already layed for them. They took a lot of what TSOL did as jack grisham mentioned before.

It's okay that you didn't know who the bands were I listed, maybe you can learn something.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork I actually did know the majority of the bands you listed (unfortunately I don't know who the Deadbeats are) but Offspring weren't playing hardcore punk, they were playing melodic punk with a hard rock/metal edge. Of course T.S.O.L. and especially Black Flag laid the groundwork for them, but their sound was very different and much closer to the metal influence in the end.

  • Absolutely great song, too bad its this short.

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but IMHO this is soundtrack for "Ready to rumble" movie.

  • true it was on that soundtrack it isn't unreleased

  • haha ohh youre a "punker"

hell yeah dude, good charlottes where its at.

  • haha i lolled , a 'punker'

  • gay charlotte is fucking boring.

better music is the vandals, chemical people, offspring, agent orange, etc

  • offsprings version is better

  • im a punker, and i think this is a great cover.

  • @jrack13

"Punker" way to label yourself you fucking poser.

  • thanks man

  • it's okay, but of course, the original was better.

  • agent orange version is much much much better....but this is alright...

  • yep, more covers. and it keeps getting better! the offspring rock my world. xD

  • When I hear this, I usually feel like boxing.

  • thats tight song i remeber the thr agent orange version

  • this is a decent cover, but no one's got shit on agent orange >:D

  • don't get me wrong - I like the Offspring - but this is a really boring cover

  • agent orange's version is better (the original)

  • gotta love the solo

  • Makes me wanna go ramp ridin!! Let's go to the half-pipe!!!

  • jeah!

today i will see agent orange live and offspring is one of my faves everytime :)

    murder song! :)

    bavarian power!

  • this song always made me want to start a riot.....

  • brings back jr high school memories... I was a big Agent Orange fan

  • Great cover.

  • I have never heard this. I love the 1979 Agent Orange demo that became an early L.A. Punk hit. No versions ever even got close to that one. This version really gets close to the original in tempo, captures that SURF sound... has that same "kid's trying to swing" thing that made the original so hypnotizing.

  • The Offspring makes some pretty good covers. =D

  • this is great

  • why offspring released why don't you get a job and don't released it on any album?

  • this is a cover the original is by agent orange

  • ???? WOOOOW !!!!!! rock sonds of the wild like shooting ear drums .nice ring tone fore a bad moment sieya

  • i got dizy watcing the skull lol
