I was there at this video....I did not know this stuff was out there. This is part of the "jungle" video. The crowd is a bunch of thier friends. There were a thousand people trying to get into the venue which is downtown LA. They only let people the guys knew (I think). Slash's best freind shot it. It was like mini GnR show. They did not just play "jungle" they played a few more. At the time I thought, I hope they make it big. This must be costing a fortune to make. The shoot lasted hours.

i just took a look at the shoot of the video, and I'm confused

it was shot at the same place and probably in the same day because they are wearing the same clothes but i noticed the moves din't match at all, like in the beginning when Axel starts singing in the music video he doesn't hold the microphone stand like in this video. also, in the music video Axel's shirt goes off at 2:50 while its on before. I think the band must have performed this song more than once that night

So all you need is 50 or so PAID extras to be at your video shoot and some camera trickery... sooooo Hollywood right? Great band!! Should have been the next Rolling Stones if not for Axl and Goldstein. It is sooo awesome to see Slash and his new album doing well though. Steve's drums and Slash's guitar really made that album, but you can't really take anything away from the band as a WHOLE during this era.
