Hi Frank, Dave here. You and I have got the same style of playing!! On this song, it kinda reminded me of Peter Frampton with the lyrics "shine on" and the style of play.. So tell me..Was Pete a big influence in your playing? The song is GREAT btw..I absolutely loved it. I guess I may have to record some tunes to put on youtube too lol. Neil Young and John Lennon were great influences of mine when I was learning to play.

Not really. I dont know that song your refer too. Only thing close, i did years ago, was "i love your way" and maybe another laid back tune, but that is a while ago. Peter was in Humble Pie. I love Stevie Marriott stuff. I sound nothing like Stevie. I am a huge Beatles fan and John Lennon fan!

Excellent!!! I LOVE the studio version. The accompaniment seem to drive the song forward without overpowering it. Great vocals. The lyrics are wonderful. I think this song makes a statement about yourself and your music. Fantastic song!!!

Know = now heheh... Great song!! love the chorus but the instrumental melody needs some variation cause it sounds just like the intro. This song sounds like it has a story behind it. It's very introspective. Thanks for sharing!!
