Could of just cut it out of brass for the demo and saved the tools.

You can run coolant just as well for the demonstration, in fact it may help us see it under normal cutting conditions. Where's the e-stop want to press it.

My eyes sort of saucered up and my finger was wanting for a button to push when I first start seeing the sparks flying off of there.

no coolent.. i understand it's for demo purposes, but it's soo bad for the tooling. nice video tho.
