Hey jay, What is the best way to take this for IBD Just injest it? eat with a meal? also for stuff on skin ( I have alot of scars, some really bad ones from welding ) Do i just rub it on them and it helps? Also How did you buy it when you bought it? Illegally or should i talk to my doctor?
