  • @Robytoes wtf

  • @Robytoes

    Shizzle

  • This reminds me of being a manager for Anna Faris and her boyfriend walks out on her when he finds out that im managing. Then I go home to my buddy/movie star's 4 million dollar house overlooking LA (who I also manage).

  • I got caught with my pants down listening to this

  • We'll need 40 condoms and a time machine!

  • This song makes me feel like i'm out in some field in the Summer with a nice breeze hitting my skin

  • @za1pp this does, and birthday does. my 2 favorite songs by them

  • this song kinda has a reggae-ish vibe to it and I love it!!!

  • this song reminds me of guns n roses...the style of it.

  • why is "This sex is on fire" more famous than this song?

  • Either way, you caught me with the lion. You caught me with the lion! YOU CAUGHT ME WITH MY PANTS DOWN!

  • @zososierp yeah... its whist a lyin'. "cought me with my pants down" is him paraphrasing. :) although lions are totally cool and would make a great adition to this song, that would also make no sense.

  • luv this song, cant stop playing it.

  • perfect....

  • 40 people got caught with their pants down

  • i bet everyone here liked em before sex on fire. KOL till i die!

  • TUUUUUNE

  • THE RADIO SUCKS TODAY

*PUTS IN KINGS OF LEON CD*

    JAMMING!

  • @TheComrad1975 It has no meaning that is why Caleb hates it, because he wrote it and its the majority of the worlds favorite song but he has no idea what the fuck it means, while he has written many many other songs that have true meaning and his past in them and they get no recognition accept from a very select few people.

  • @kissmyassthain cool, thanks for info

  • @MusicPhene17 it was actually Caleb that said he didn't like the song, he actually planned on making sure it wasn't on the record but the rest of the band knew it was going to be a hit and so it went on the record.

  • For the longest time i have thought it was "you caught me with the lion" not you caught me whilst a lyin'"

  • @kissmyassthain Hahaha holy shit man. Me too.

  • I was caught with my pants down while listening to this song...

  • Why are all comments on KoL videos REALLY corny?

  • I'LL BE FINE WITH KOL ONLY IN MY PLAYLIST

  • She caught me with my pants down haha

  • Such a good song.. Check out our channel too please guys, cheers :)

  • i hate cross roads

  • Comment removed

  • It is a fact that the band said they do not like their song Sex on Fire, but they play it because fans like to hear it played. Personally i wish they never made the song. However I am happy that these guys got the notoriety that I believe they deserve. Anyways whether or not you listened to them before that or not it don't matter. Just enjoy the good music

  • @MusicPhene17 what do you think that song mean?

  • Entourage bought me here.

  • this is my favorite CD, but youth and young manhood was their 2nd best!

  • The first song I heard by them was "The Bucket", way back in the day. I'm so glad they've been so successful! Love me some KOL

  • Tuneage!!!

  • the 40 got caught with their pants down

  • they really caught me with my pants down

  • @Q12afc Well I'm guessing thats because you are also a teenager, or else just another one of those creepy guys ya hear about...

  • This is my favourite KoL song.

  • Been a fan of kol since I first heard the opening to on call, I am a straight man and I'll sleep with all of them  i just love them

  • what a yummy song

  • entourage!

  • i dont even know what sex on fire is...

  • The teeny boppers will fade. the true fans will stay. there will prob be some young fans that will prob go back and listen to all the old stuff and become true fans. WHATEVER!!!! liking KOL from the very minute baby Caleb pooped in his first diaper does not make anyone an expert.

  • @ivynya I have to be honest, I was one of those teeny boppers who got to know Kings Of Leons because of Sex On Fire and Use Somebody. Because of this I downloaded True Love Way, Knocked Up and The Runner never to listen to them for a while until my Ipod played True Love Way and I loved it. So I checked them out and all the materials they have and I must, as I am writing this, I've been listening to every song of theirs every Sunday for the past 2 years. I worship them more than I worship God.

  • It's bull that everyone hates on Sex on Fire. They're sound has evolved. Do you expect them to be the same for ten years? Are you the same now as you were ten years ago? of course not. They have expanded or whatever and they now have the recognition and mad props that they deserve. Their music is just as awesome now as it ever was - evidenced by the massive sales of their latest album All you haters aren't doing the band any favours. However, the band doesn't need you. Big up to Kings of Leon.

  • @schlotch, i agree and if you listen to them their sound has always been evolving. You could never put them in a box and i'll sure not going to allow ppl to place them in one now

  • @schlotch Personally, I can't stand Sex On Fire. It's overplayed and it seems like it's the only song people know from Kings Of Leons. Even though their music has evolved, they will always write emotions instead of just plain SONG.That is what I love about them

  • hispters are raging

  • Love Matthew (:

  • teeny bopper hahaha that jokes

  • i love all the kings of leon songs, they all have a meaning and this is what music should be about and not the videos

  • Love that picture of Jared! Whys he so fit!? <3

  • why can't we stop arguing and just appreciate how AWESOME this song is?

  • Huge similarity to the /watch?v=PHzOOQfhPFg Intro,

    I prefir this tho:D

  • One of my favorites definitely.

  • Love sex on fire and many more....Im old:)

  • ya caught me with my pants down.

  • why dont they ever play this song live? :(

i hope they do at coachella

  • ok i heard sex on fire for the first time it instantly became my favorite sng then i heard use somebody notion etc etc i then tried to look up some of their other music and within 2 weeks i had gone from listening from strictly rap to rock their last album was not a bad thing for me moving to a rock fan has opened up so much for me its made me a fan of the black keys and thats made me a fan of cream wich made me a fan of clapton wich made me a fan of srv wich made me a fan of bb king

  • best part is whens hes is likes "either way you caught me wilth a lyin! you caught me wilth a lyin!!"

  • @cracyniggaz420 it's whilst a lying. :)

  • @lifelover753 yea figured it out.. lol still dont have a clue what the fuck it means tho nigga

  • call them a sell out or whatever but they are still one of the best bands around today

  • why is it called ragoo i dont get it

  • @KianaRox It's a brand of sauce that the members of the band are a fan of. Oh wait that's Ragu. Then I don't know.

  • @KianaRox is the sauce used for bolognese spaghetti yum!!!

  • I'm not a teeny bopper but I did find out about them not too long before Sex on Fire came out. But on the flip side of that I do love alot of their older stuff and wish I would have known about them earlier on. But good for those of you who did know about them before but no need to be jerks about it.

  • I don't get the fuss. ?

I mean, does it matter HOW and WHEN you started to like KOL? fans are fans. come on?

  • My fav KOL song! :)

  • I appreciate KoL's music, by lying in bed at night, plug the earphones in, and close my eyes..........

  • This music is awesome. It's a shame that fans of rock music, ruin it.

  • This is my morning stroll to work song.

  • well.....fuck. Looks like I'm one of those "teeny boppers."

  • If you like this checkout The Runaway by Regret the Hour

  • what a song! too bad the comments ruin it! i started liking them after sex on fire then went and got their old albums (yes all the way back to youth and young manhood) and i prefer their old stuff but only by the night is still a good album! so what if ppl like it? seriously...

  • this is beautiful.

    KOL for life <3

  • I don't give a damn about calling me not real KOL fan. I started liking them when i first heard Charmer, so what? Does it make me a worse fan? I'm sick of these comments below every KOL song on YouTube. KNOCK IT OFF!!

  • Best album.. God, the memories.....

  • have to say i do like kol not the new stuff so much but the old stuff mhhhmm :P

  • Older KoL stuff is just way better, enough said :)

  • Comment removed

  • I LOVE this song! I can listen to it over and over and over......

  • I think if someone honestly loves a band, they will be grateful and happy for the success they achieve, whether or not its 'teeny-boppers' listening.

  • You can rip the audio-mp3 of this vid at grabtubesnow doht cohm.

  • Oh, and also... Like Caleb said, They're not mainstream because they are successful. If a doctor saves a life, does that make him mainstream or any more worst? :) No. He's just gonna deserve the recognition.

  • I wonder why they never play this song live. :( Well, I've never heard them play it. It's one of my favs. :)

  • favorite KoL song

  • 02 arena in december then slane in may :) best year EVER

  • ok wait.. so it seems an indie band is kinda like a virgin pussy, and ruined when it becomes over used and mainstream,...but whatever man mainstream or not KOL FUCKING RULES!!!

  • my fav band eva there so awsome

  • best band in the world at the moment..should be respected more than they are...bring on slane.

  • its a pity they dont play them on the radio in america!! in ireland they always played! gud job theres youtube

  • how come people always have to be all about a band before they achieve commercial sucess? There seems to be this attitude that if you became aware of KOL because of Sex On Fire then you're a teeny bopper poser who doesn't know how to appreciate music. Now if I don't go on to say in this post that I've actually listened to Youth and Manhood and Aha Shake Heartbreak, then I loose some kind of street cred and my opinion is worthless because I'm not acquainted with the early KOL.

  • @FieryGrit Yes, Now youre getting it.

  • @vickytimmins

    God damn i hate hipsters

  • @vickytimmins The early stuff is def. more raw.. they're just in a new leg of the vine

  • @vickytimmins Well to all the people who are calling these Guys Sell outs and have gone Commerical , Well just Ignore them , They know naff all about K.O.L , None of these so called Critics said anything when " Because of the Times " came out , And this Album was soooooooooooo Different to the first 2 Albums so did they sell out when they released this Album , As this is what kicked them onto the road to Stardom !!!!! , K.O.L Always get a Thumbs up from me , Always produce Great Music !!!!

  • @vickytimmins its in the name...FIERY... ¬_¬

  • @FieryGrit basically :p haha

  • @FieryGrit it's lose, not loose.

  • @Aprillis29 thanks for the spelling lesson :-> You forgot to point out also that it's Youth and Young Manhood :-P

  • @FieryGrit very well said dude.

  • @FieryGrit because of the times is the best album :P

  • @chrisnurse85 - in my opinion it is. :) I don't think I can get tired of Ragoo...

  • @FieryGrit shut up ya muppet

  • @FieryGrit

hey, I COMPLETELY agree with you! Because off the times was their best album and they went all commercial and produced sex on fire. WTF? Now everyone is obsessed with them:[ and they think because they know two of their songs, Kings Of Leon is their favourite band

  • @FieryGrit welcome to the world of the hipster

  • @Dristify exactly right!

  • @FieryGrit Theres only 1 o in lose buddy

  • @FieryGrit I totally agree! I first started becoming aware of KOL during the Sex on Fire release, but that attraction provoked me to check out their earlier stuff, and I am not a teeny bopper either. :o)

  • @FieryGrit I agree with you, i'm a huuuge fan of the band, i own all the albums and have listened to every song. I didn't know the band before use somebody and sex on fire, yet i call myself a huge KOL fan. What i'm really annoyed at, is when people say KOL is just there favourite band, and that they just love them, when often they don't own a single album or maybe they've heard 2 songs from them... that's my point

  • @FieryGrit Lose*

  • @FieryGrit I agree with you. Most of these people are hardcore all about Zepline, Hendricks, Rolling Stones or STP or whatever other dope band you can think of that existed before they were even born but act like they are the biggest fan. So whats so different about that and this. There is soooo much music out there and chances are we've all discovered artists before someone else. Understanding and appreciating music doesn't require you to have heard it exactly when it was made.

  • @FieryGrit I think the problem s people who claim to be KOL's biggest fan and claim to be able to tell you every song ever made by them (slight exaggeration) but a lot of these people actually only know KOL for Come around sundown and only by the night really, there's no problem with only knowing a band's recent material but the problem is people who think that there is no older stuff and think that they know everything when they only know a small amount. Hope that makes some sort of sense.

  • @FieryGrit I understand what you're saying but I've been Kol fan since there more "raw" sound days and they have skewed their sound so much they almost don't sound like the same band only reason i still like them is because you can hear some essence of old Kol in there but its just way too different .. btw who cares what people think

  • @Digi2k6 Change can be a good or bad depending on what you like. Back in the day, when there were fewer choices as far as musical outlets, and before the internet, I was stuck listening to local radio stations in certain situations & what I noticed is that these artists or musical acts would keep churning out the same damn song over and over and over. It got really old. To me, it says something about KOL that they can change. They're always quality and not redundant yet.

  • @FieryGrit i agree with wat ur sayin but sure its all good for kings of leon to have more fans so if "teeny boppers" want to sound cool and say they went to their concert or watever leave them off

  • anyone got a youtube link to this song live?

  • riff is awesome.

  • I feel they're more well known than ever, maybe even too much. The amount of teeney boppers who "OMG LOVE THEM" After sex on fire, the same people who don't even know or have heard any of their older stuff from Youth Young and Manhood really annoy me.

  • agreed me thinks the early stuffs better but only by night was very gurd before i heard it athousand times out side of my house :)

  • @vickytimmins Not that I'm in favour of these so-called teeny boppers, but the fact that people think you must know of a band from when they begun in order to enjoy their music is pretentious and ridiculous. Why are you sour about the fact that they are doing well, if indeed you appreciate them as a band? It's reasonable to assume that Kings of Leon created Sex on Fire in the hope that it would appeal to a wider audience - which it did.

  • @boogielikeamonkey

    because they are selling out.

  • @boogielikeamonkey I agree, i had never heard of KOL until SoF and US, but I now have all their songs and love all their albums, and I think SoF and US are no where near their best songs. Trani, Cold Desert, Arizona and Taper Jean Girl and Four Kicks are my Top 5

  • @boogielikeamonkey accually he wrote it as KINDA a joke when he broke his wrist :p

  • @boogielikeamonkey I have to say I'm on vickytimmins side for this. I used to listen to Kings Of Leon back when I was 11/12 (I'm nearly 19 now), and I went to see them live a few times. They were really good back then, but as soon as they released their new music, I didn't want anything else to do with them - Didn't download any of it because I'd already heard BBC Radio 1 blast it out at every given opportunity so I was already sick of it. Their new music is trash compared with their old music.

  • @LOLjkSTFUffs

    HIPSTER!!!!!

get a life. i listened to their earlier music. is it the same as there new music? no, but you cant blame such an amazing band for WANTING fame. and how ling can one group go with making the same kind of music over and over again? not ling, they wanted to experiment with a new taste, and yes its different but its still good!!

they didn't change their music after fame. they became famous because of there new music.

  • @colorguard2191 They became famous after the album "Because of the Times" Which was listenable - it had a few decent tracks (this one, for example). After they became really mainstream, they made "Only by the Night" and that sucked like your mum sucks off men for money.

  • @LOLjkSTFUffs don't you know hipster were cool before it became mainstream? I mean to be a hipster now you have to be so sold out, the new hipster is being mainstream lol

  • @boogielikeamonkey they wrote sex on fire as a joke, much like Blind Mellon wrote "No Rain" as a joke "Oh this is cliche and it will get us airtime, heh!" (sarcasm) months later: airtime. KOL: "ARGH ? ... SWEEET...? ARGHRAH?? MONEY, AWWW HELL YEAH !!"

  • @boogielikeamonkey Agreed...and not only did it relate to a wider audience because they chose it to..but because it did without a choosing. Everyone has their gir or guy that can do it right.. Now they just have a song to describe that person. :)

  • @vickytimmins Don't let it get to you. You're not cool if it gets to you. It's hard, i know, but KOL are now corporately sponsored, making them whores in some peoples eyes, either way whores tend to get attention from teenyboppers, they can be irritating little shits, but they shouldn't bother you as much as they do. Anyway i hope you got to antwerp 3 years ago, Thats when Kings Of Leon were my favourite band.

  • @vickytimmins yeah u got it ! it's YOUR band! SUCKER music is for every one. especially for the teenagers

  • @vickytimmins I say the same to everyone, Their like ''Wow, kings of leon is my favorite band, even know I've heard 2 of their songs. Gosh...

  • @vickytimmins sounds to me like you like the IDEA of KOL more than you like their music... im just diggin the tunes man... never really listened to them till only by the night, then i got into their older stuff... so are you gonna tell me you dont like their new stuff based on the fact that the fan base is now too large? c'mon man

  • @vickytimmins u fail

  • @gibbo909 Your whole channel= fail. Thanks for taking the time to comment on mine.

  • @vickytimmins If you are letting those teeny boppers get to you then you are a class A hipster. Grow up the kings dominated the rock charts with the best album of the millennium without even trying and opened the eyes of the masses to Great music.

  • OMG I love thisssss <3

  • Best band I ever heard raw natural talent simple as that !!

  • Comment removed

  • I love them <3 real music!
