Not sure, since RD was carrying both Pinkie and Rarity; Twilight herself said this was slowing RD down a bit. Still, it's a well known fact that the quietest people (or ponies) are the ones that always surprise you when they actually get pissed enough, and Fluttershy was pretty mad at that moment.
