may be ur memstick is no gud or its because windows vista and ur instalation for the majic memstick so try it with difrent windows like XP and with another memstick too(maybe)

erm.. try to make the majic memstick with windows XP plus ur memstick might be corupted. this means its not very gud, and it might also be because of its size.!!! 256-2gb is gud!!

Guys i need some serious help when i put magic memory stick in then pandora battery everything goes fine then when i press x to install 3.80 m33 it goes like this Loading updater modules... ok Formatting Flash0 ... ok Formatting Flash1... Then nothing happens it doesnt even say ok i waited for 2 hours but nothing happens PLZ HELP I M STUCK IN THIS PROBLEM FOR TWO WEEKS PLZZZ HELP =( I have 2 pandoras battery and 1 magic mem stick I GOT WINDOWS VISTA

have u got a PSP Slim? Cos Pandforas Dont work on some new slims btw.and also I suggest u create that Magic memmory stick once again by formatting it again.cos the possible reasons for not responding errors are problems on memory stick and remember only SONY mem stick pro duo works Reply me
