this is stupid.. I wear a sauna suit while I go for a 4 km walk around instead of the bus, I sweat like shit. then few mins on bike, less fatty food, more fuel than crap. too much water and the best, swimming... I easily lose 0.5kg daily.. its hard to keep basis but its not impossible
