@zzztubazzz you don't know shit about fish! Largemouth rarely get over 12 pounds and I see stripes on it and eels are a saltwater bait and largemouth are freshwater fish.
I always fish from our house down at the Chesapeake Bay right past the Bay Bridge. For the past 8 years, I've caught nothing but perch, spot, croaker, sting rays, and small blues and stripers (10 inches maybe..).
I'm hoping for an exciting year! Any tips? I'm only on the shore.. Not even at a beach
Nice Stump Bro! Catch'em like that also around the target ship around early December on unbrella rig's but bobber fish'in like that is a spiritual tug!
fishing between the Bay Bridge Tunnel is a blast! i hopped on a drift out there once for a day trip and we caught so many different species of fish. im from NY so most of the fish were new to me..definitely great fishing and great scenery drifting around catchin fish out there...nice vid
I went down to cape cod to catch some scup and stripers. My first cast I got a good sized scup. I hooked that up to my striper reel which had 40lb test. I waited a couple of seconds and bam! there goes my line. It snapped In the blink of an eye. Was it a humongus striper, or a shark or bluefish with sharp teeth. Any ideas?
This was at the lower Chesapeake Bay. You can get banged around sometimes in a small boat, but it is worth it. I think you can see the CBBT in the background at times.- Very close to the Ocean.--Mike
catch and release is bad idea. i only release fish when i have a freezer full of fish. or i catch and give it to friends, btw their is a lot of fish so dont worry about keeping it...
@grig24x Are you kidding me? Striped bass were almost wiped out in the 80's due to people like you keeping every fish they come across. And if you do your research you will see that there are not that many fish around.
Big Mike knows a little bit about the NY bight. Those accurate spinners look nice. I personally use Van Staals but I do love my accurate boss. Great Catch. You guys are lucky to catch those fish this late. Awesome. jp
u guys r awsome but i live on long island and love fishing here off the shores i catch 3 foot blues? on poppers or bombers do u guys ever use lures if not what bait my bait of choise is bunker for blues and bass or spearing and clams for fluke and weaks we use snappers for fluke what do u guys use and keep these vidios up !!!!!!!!!!

@Bassxassassinx777 my best guess is a huge blue because that happened to me before and I almost got spooled in 10 seconds but the line got cut off

No. Catch and release is showing sportsmanship.
It has nothing to do with masterbation you pervert.

When I fish up your way, I use strictly Bunker. Live, Chunks, Whole Dead.
The only Artificials I use, are while trolling Umbrella Rigs.
Thanks for the great comment!
