  • After years of being a couch potato I came across your videos & they inspired me to get in the gym. I'm 5'5" 170lbs and I need to change that.. My biggest problem are my legs, and I was wonering if you can give me some advice on how to get them really toned up outside of those you gave on the vlog. Thanks in advance

    Thank you so much!

    If I'm buying a dressing I look for (no sugar - unless it's agave nectar or fruit, etc., healthy organic oils (extra virgin olive oil, hemp oil), apple cider vinegar is good..

    If making on my own, I'll use ingredients like: the above, maybe dijon mustard, lots of fresh herbs and spices, lemon, etc. ... I don't have a specific recipe that you use.. when training (like now)..freshly squeezed lemon, fish oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper:)
