"I hear .357 doesn't work well with a 2inch barrel, becasue any benefit from the .357mag loading is negated because the bullet will leave the barrel before the powder had finished burning."
you are probably a liar and already know better. 357 stil has considrabel more energy and velocity from 2" barrel. i could test some you perhaps?

earlier today, my dad hande me a revolver without a grip and an ejector, and told me if i could find the parts online and pay for them, i could have it; its a .22, double action, and its 35 years old
good question that is a simple plastic disc that comes with many new revolvers and it is sort of a chamber flag.. a quick visual indicator that the chambers are empty
I'm glad to see a reviewer that does not show personal bias eather for or against revolvers. Too many so called reviews I have viewed show prefrence before durring and after. Thanks you will have a new subscriber.

yeah, but in the grand scheme of things they're not that bad. I carry in a Don Hume IWB and I honestly forget its there sometimes.
The good thing about that weight is that it absorbs a lot of that recoil. I shot 158gr .357s through it one-handed with my weak hand, and it was actually manageable!

@M8DMAN
good question, it is an issue, and that does happen to some extent, but it is not so dramatic as to negate all the advantage of the larger .357
GunWebsites 1 year ago
@GunWebsites wouldnt it be a little worse with a .44 or at least a cartridge more powerful then a .357
