Find the MIDI of it, and convert the notation to stave with a program like Finale Notepad or smth.
well, you're no hirofumi sasaki but this is pretty cool and probably the best attempt at this i've seen on youtube. if you'd just relax your hands a little (they look stiff almost the whole time) you'd have a lot less trouble playing the faster runs.
