I see you're using Evans E-Rings. For me they muffle my drums quite well in our band's small jamming room but a bit too much outside in a much more open environment, particularly my snare. But then again that already has a dampening ring built into the underside.

Wow! This is ironic that I've learned this song on my acoustic and have been playing it out a few times. I love this song and you did a great job with it! very cool that we are thinking alike when it comes to music. I kinda do the Chris Cornell version but I don't use a drummer so I had to change it a bit. Sounds great Laura!
