Should I buy this CPU Cooler or the Corsair H50?

It went in an Antec 900.
Right now it's overclocked to 3.8.
Idle temps are about 29 C and load temps are about 68 C.
I'm using CoolerMaster TF400 compound

2 sets of fan clip? which means there are 4 fan clips?

Yes, so you can install two 120 x 120 x 25mm fans. They also make a 120 x 120 x 38mm fan as well. With the fans on , it's a tight fit. If you have 6 sticks of ram, it might not fit.
