From what I've heard, it is possible for microsoft for them to bring them into the game. Most of the data are in the game so if enough people want them back they will send out the rest of the data to make them characters.

on psp but its not turbo just regular sf2

do you know how to do the shoryuken for ryu or ken? if you do use the same button combo for T.Hawk then you can perform the Rising Hawk and for the Mexican Typhoon do a full circle on the joystick and any punch button
