  • Very nice video. Very nice. You are 100% correct in your assessment about how citizens need to start dealing with the police. I would also add that they need to go on the offensive and start filing suit when their rights are violated, even if the encounter does not result in their criminal conviction or an arrest. People have got to start standing up for those right which they have left.

  • I just want to say thank you for the information. It was very useful,,,:)

  • inspired by carl miller? he still teaching?

  • Thanks for the comment Olaolga.

So far we are still a Constitutional Republic. So, yes it all still works unless you are branded a terrorist. I am not surprised by your comment though and that is one reason it is so important to know our rights and their limitations, so we can stop the madness in DC. As long as we still have redress of grievance, laws like the NDAA can still be found to be unconstitutionally applied. There is still hope. Knowledge is power.

  • Good advice, but will it still work after the most recent obama's blessing of NDAA?

  • TY Terry, I love the stone cold COP face you do this with, reminds of alot of police I have met personally !

  • Is it just me...or does he pause and carry onward alot?

  • "Learn how to breath...with your lips closed."

LOL..he's right. Just keep your mouth shut...and say nothing.

  • Does this apply to every state? They smell Cannabis, so they still can't search without consent or warrant...every state? (Serious question, not trolling)

  • Thank you good sir. Subbed. :)

  • Thanks Terry for your video's I'm now a subscriber to your channel as a citizen I've had the displeasure of dealing with nazi cops here in Illinois...and anything I can learn about upholding my rights is top notch.......Is there any resource that the average joe can use to sue these tyrants in civil court?? ever heard of common law defense?? Thanks again. I hope you make more vidoes.....

  • Great video thanks! In the USA you can claim the 5th whereas in the UK now, the right to remain silent exists but now the inference from remaining silent is now that you have something to hide and thus probable guilt.

  • I am 61 years old. I have been in Jail twice for a total of 60 days. I Did not commit a crime in both cases. After the second time I vowed to never cooperate with law enforcement again, I have vowed to use my right to remain silent. this video gives me a much clearer way to deal with police. I am in this world to share John 14:26, this police state hinders this. I am 100% disabled from nam, I have already paid the ultimate price for the citizens of this nation, and will pay no more.

  • Thanks for the video...People need to view this.

  • Thanks for your help in building a better, more humane democracy. The little bit that each of us can contribute may not seem like much at first, but all together, it can make a BIG difference.

Thanks for being on the right side of good government and moral & ethical behavior.

    NOBODY LIKES A BULLY!

  • Heys Guys check out Terrys new video on how to handle policer encounters at your door :)

  • thanks for the time and the fact, that if you do not know your right , you lose by default! shared and sub (ed)

1:RAPE: FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PARTY IS WITH THE USE OF THE FORCE WITH THE LACK OF THE PARTY'S-WILL. FOR THE FORCEFUL-ACT WITH THE LACK OF THE PARTY'S-CONSENT IS WITH THE FORCE OR FEAR OF THE LOSS OF THE PARTY'S-FREEDOM.

  • Why the fuck would I ever care to withhold any information from a police officer unless I was doing something illegal? Here's an idea- don't do anything illegal! Thanks for throwing more fuel on the paranoia running rampant on the net, jackass.

  • @taiddan

Because the number of 'laws' on the books, even for the most inane of offenses, is impossibly high and hard to enumerate. Do you want to be the one who gets arrested for having a kazoo from india without a permit, just because you told the officer he could search your car? What if the officer plants evidence on the scene. If you didn't consent to the search, chances are that bogus evidence could be thrown out. The police aren't here to protect you. They're here to fuck you.

  • @CorvidDude stautes are not laws, which is why they are called "acts" and not "laws" they are maritime contract lw and can only be enacted on your legal person, or your birth certificate

  • @CorvidDude You're so far off the truth it's pathetic. Cops are here to fuck with criminals, not law abiding citizens. Obey the laws, and the cops won't fuck you with you. Don't buy a Kazoo from India if you know you need a permit, it's fucking easy to do. Don't break the laws.

  • So if the police hear a baby crying in the trunk they are going to leave the scene to get a warrant? I don't think so. This is pretty good info but it seems the video '10 rules for dealing with police' is more accurate. Correct me if I'm wrong.

  • @panderingpieholes Thats a pretty giant leap from what I discussed in my video Obviously that condition would be an exception to the rule.Thank you for your comment

  • @lawinsimpleterms you sir are the man!! much respect to you & if no one every thanks you i thank you & really appreciate what youre doing! God bless you sir!!

  • who the fawk hit the dislike button .. fawkin smack em .

  • @MrFawkr

    A cop.

  • @shawbros lol . he's like shit !~

  • i'm from Tampa .. i know all about the cops being outta hand ..

  • Info is on the money. Delivery is dry. No mention on fruit of the poisoned tree or the types of probable cause. I always get a card and the watch comnander name. Overall awsome

  • where i'm from (southeast missouri), this would only cause the cop to say that i'm "getting smart with him"--his dumbass way of admitting that he actually doesn't know the laws. then he'd probably arrest me.

  • 1 Question: Is this just the U.S ? I'm Irish ;3

  • that's Human traffciking and is my favorite. The dept loses its franchise, all assets will be siezed, and a new company will get the local security forces contract... lol the police depts are just corporations operating a human trafficking ring on a national scale.

  • have to ask questions to establish a valid reason to claim duress. Such as an unidentified assailant! Here's what I would ask a cop after it was established that there was no emergency and that I don't consent to being stopped individually with a fraudulent action. In court I'll establish what would have happened if I hadn't stopped, but continued safely on my way. Coersion, threats, duress. In order to compell performance.

  • I was stopped allegedly for a headlight out.. although I was never told that till after i was kidnapped. The police report said "Nature of call" - Manufacturing, trafficking, possession and sales of marijuana. I asked the cop for his ID, and before he even asked for mine he was breaking my wrist .... watch?v=0RflGJ-S0IE

  • Thanks for all the comments, that was just a trial run. Pretty poor effort actually on my part. Just wanted to see what response I would get. The next one will knock your socks off. Supreme Court in "Browns v. Texas" dealing with not having to answering questions in the face of police investigation was unanimous for Brown, btw, not 5-4. The Supreme Court Stated, "Held: The application of the Texas statute to detain appellant and require him to identify himself violated the Fourth Amendment."

  • @lawinsimpleterms hi again, there are two types of people who need help. Some of us are sovereign. We want to be left alone, failing a bona fide claim (victim, damages, and claim for redress). The problem I and many others have with "silence" is that silence = consent or agreement to the jurisdiction. If you don't immediately challenge jurisdiction, on the spot, and express non-consent, then all the jurisdiction comes down on you. Most lose there. Under protest and duress is the key, but you....

  • @lawinsimpleterms have to establish what you're protesting. I'm protesting and claiming duress because the officer declared a false emergency, failed to identify himself, asked interrogatory questions without miranda warning, etc...

Without asking questions on the spot, the foundation for protest and claim of duress is absent. The things you say to say to cops should be in th form of questions always. You an't incriminate yourself by asking polite questions.

  • @lawinsimpleterms

I liked what you had to say and see nothing wrong in what or how you gave the information.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video

  • The current Supreme Court will side with the police 5-4.

  • Thanks for your video and pointers, now may i ask...wouldnt silence be agreement ? if someone says something and you go silent, that is agreement ? If an officer questions you, wouldnt it make sense to question him/her back to find out the nature of their questioning ....and ask for their ID, and bizness card...

  • Thank You

  • ,,bravo sir

  • RON PAUL 2012!

  • any comments on handing in your drivers license so as to not contract with the state?

  • and this seems to be US related too, which is quite a bit different from many other countries. Although some of it does apply (ie: corrupt court systems, etc..).

Still not "useless" - any information is good information.

  • just don't call them nazis. that causes them to ignore everything they took an oath to.

  • With all due respect. We are not a police state....not yet. North Korea is a police state....and they will shoot you dead at their pleasure. We are rapidly heading into the police state, however. What is the nature of your investigation. Wait here.....the cop goes and plants a sack of weed in your car....this video is worthless now.......

  • I agree the courts are ours, the problem is most are afraid of the courts. extra points for the twisted sister outro

  • once you put it on the record that you only pulled over for a declared emergency, personal jurisdiction goes out the window. never consented to individual stop....

Always ASK the QUESTIONS. The employer asks the questions, the master inquires, the servant relies...

  • Cop: "Step out of the car please?"

Smartass (in MA): "I might be willing to discuss that sir, if you'll show me your ID"

Cop loses it and beats u down....lol

On Video (recent circuit of appeals ruling: Individual right to record public sevants)

    Cop: "Turn off the camera."

Smartass: "Are you asking for privacy"

    lol etc etc etc

  • example:

Cop: "Are you aware that you were speeding?"

    Smartass: "What's the emergency?"

Cop says "whatever, license and registration, please"

Smartass: "Are you saying that there's no emergency?"

Cop says "Step out of the car please"

Smartass: "Hey wait a minute, I pulled over because you declared an emergency. What' the emergency? Are you saying there's no emergency?

Cop: "What are you talking about?"

Smartass: "Are you aware that declaring a false emergency is etc?"

  • I tried to send a private message but can't figure out how to with new YT! It's maybe disabled on your channel?

I'd like to do an interview for my channel via skype! Get back to me if you'd like to get grilled on this subject from someone who will ask the right questions!

I'd REALLY like to do some role playing with you! For the record! I think it's imperative to get some first hand experience involved with negotiating with police! Some people can't keep thier traps shut!

  • good video! Thanks! Faved to my sovereign channel. I keep telling people the police can only operate against you with your consent! Either on the spot surrender, or through contracts (license, registration, and bank acoount applications). I challenge jurisdiction and have won by showing the statutes that transfer power of attorney and individual soverignty to the state without disclosure. lol Rule by fiat and people believe that the gov has the original jurisdiction! Poeple think gov is God.
