Well yes a toy can be considered by their overall artistic ability/style when it comes to graffiti. But like Veefer from nyc said, a toy isn't nevessarily the way you write, but more a state of mind.

As for fate, his shit might not be the best in the world, but i'm pretty sure most of the people droppin comments about his shit being toy, don't bomb half as hard as he does, and if thats the case keep that shit to yourself.
