Cause the tattoo is freshly made. Hence it colors the seat. At least thats my interpetion of this "issue"(hence her bandage at the lower part of the arm is actually the bandage thats supposed to cover the tattoo right after its made.)

it may be ment to show a new tattoo as the ink runs out depending on how deep the tattoo artist goes in the skin , they call it bleeding out , i think if they wanted it to look like am old tattoo they would have used better paint and seen the vid and changed it , as vids go this was a well made and well directed one so such a simple mistake seems implausible , the tune iss a nineties classic by the way .
