if it takes more than one load to dry your clothes, get the dryer vent cleaned professionally. If the sides of the dryer feels hot or it's sweating, get it cleaned. Another way to tell is to go the exhaust tube( the tube that runs fr. back of dryer to outside of house)and see if there is any airflow. Set it to heat and feel if heat is escaping the exhaust side. If not ....get it cleaned.
