You also do know that even though you can do that in vista, ALL gadgets run through the sidebar.exe program? Windows 7 Does not use a sidebar.exe program. Therefore each gadget is it's own program. Making memory usage a little less hogged =D
i heard that trend micro takes more time when booted...i think i need to get rid of that...its a trial anyways but i had live onecare...what is a good software for security?
I use a Mac too, (An old one, but a mac none the less). Each computer has it's own uses. Some more than others. Linux is a programmers dream, A Mac is amazing for video and graphic design, And Windows 7 is good for gaming, and partially a bit of both. It depends on what you use it for. So cool it guys =D

1GB will do just fine for an average use of Windows 7, if you wish to do gaming or anything memory intensive, you would require 2GB's yes.

I LOVE WINDOWS 7! IT MAKES MY PC BETTER! i went from 147 seconds to boot up pc to 83 :)
