@Vmt16 If you watch carefully, when Orton's first thrown off the stage at 6:15, his back's still covered in thumbtacks. By 8:30, most of them are gone. In the meantime, Orton's shown surrounded by medical staff, so they probably pulled most of them off during those 2 minutes.
