This is such a clever so beautiful a song I'm lost for words as I don't want to lose the emotion. Norman Johnson and the people who made this world class song so good from them times so fine
Ahh I'm so sad to hear this news a General a KING so sad, I heard this on radio lancashire northern soul sunday night I was busy I didn't hear norman had passed into time until today so sad, so lucky to appreciate this beautiful singer, so sad
Sixties Latin tinged soul is one of my favourite styles of music. The Drifters popularised it but to me this is the best example of it. Perfect harmonies and perfect orchestral arrangment. Reminds me of so many good Northern Soul clubs I have visited over the last 35 years.
vintage tune, been listening to this on repeat for the last 3 hrs - even tho ive got it. theres something about sharing this tune that makes you warm inside. absolute soul shaker - forget floor. cheers mate - great to see the 45. how about the mvps - turning my heart beat up.
one of my all time fav's brilliant vocals and arrangements
