Just picked up a 2009 R6 Fiat Rossi replica. Came stock with the GP1 exhaust, and sounds incredible. Much better than two brothers. Was hoping jardine made a titanium header. Anybody know who makes a full header that will work with this slip on?

Get rid of that header and it will sound a lot better. I was unhappy with just a slip-on, it sounds a little louder than stock. Pick up a MJS header so you can still use your pipe, makes a whole lot of difference.

be a little more patient on the down shifting you shifted a little to fast... dont want to hurt the bike now do ya? everything has to sound fluent and relaxed not rushed and jerked. just feel the bike better thats all!

Yea I have to agree with seanw, i have an o8 r6 and i couldnt really find any slip ons that took out the cat because the cat is actually welded on to the headers, so you have to saw and grind it off, if you want a mean sound with that jardine pipe get the ttuner midpipe it will take off weight and it wont throw codes either

when i said exhaust chamber i mean the big box thing before the muffler.....this pipe above, the chamber is still on the bike as u can see....like i said before some slip ons take this off and they include the mid pipe

maybe i can help answer ur questions guys...i say maybe cause i have an 09 zx6r so it might be dif. but my friend has this same bike with the gytr slip on & his exhaust chamber is still on (its not much louder than stock) personally i prefer it off (louder and less weight) some slip ons leave the chamber on the bike & some do not...when u order the pipe ask them, or if u look at the pics u can maybe tell...also there r alot of chat forums online for bikes, go on there and people will help u

you dont have to Remove the Ex up Cable. On mine i just leave it there, and zip tied it. if you want to remove the Cable you have to take out other parts too.

Its always a good idea to rejet/ re-adjust your carburaters after installing an exhaust, even if its a slip-on. If anything, you may end up running richer than normal. thats the worst I've seen.

Have to remove the stock pipe and it bolts onto the stock muffler/cat under bike The jardine slashy is just a piece of pipe.
