Zeroing was alot harder for me than qual,it takes me 1 time to get sharp shooter compare to ? times zeroing.it's not cz the weapon is zero'd why i do better,i think cz comparing shooting a paper vs a moving human form is more fun and actually shooting the real- distance compare to a fake zeroing distance.

@Zma6485 They"re not necessarily POGs, the Army issues M4s in training since all front line combat units are being issued M4s as a standard service rifle. My brother is there now training as an 11x and his platoon got issued all M4s.
