What an awesome video! One aspect of the art of racing a 20" bike is horsepower, and Greg shows how important that is. I am stunned at the street gate snap and bunnyhop exercise and then the actual riding is big strong BMX riders going off. 99 out of 100.

for beginner bikes depending on height and leg size id say get a 07-08 stock model there averaging at $200-400 U.S dollars, for a beginner you would want something sturdy so maybe a GT or Redline. the pricier bikes are Redman, Supercross, GTUB2 etc.

mann i need to

When i raced at Santa Clara PAL Greg and Cecil Johns would take me on there training runs. My skills improved at such a fast pace, good to see Greg dropping his knowledge on these already great riders. RIP Cecil Johns N.C.P.

These BMX riders are some of the best conditioned athletes around. I've had a chance to treat several world class riders, before, during, and after races, and they're an awesome bunch. Hope they can collect some Olympic gold coming up in Beijing.
