Ok are you trying to get the video from the tape. If so then you are going to need a FireWire cable. If you look on your camera next to the USB slot it says DV that is where you want to plug your FireWire cable into. You should also chek to see if your computer has a FireWire port it is a bit like USB but bigger. If not then you will need to buy a FireWire port. Windows movie maker will convert the tape to digital only if you use the FireWire cable and port.
i have the same camera that was just sitting around for a couple of months now has an error...! it tells me to eject the tape, on the screen, but when i open it, it doesnt eject! it cant record on the tape, playback or anything...
but for your problem, just get a mini-usb to usb 2.0 cable, or something like that. shouldnt be expensive at all..
It look like a Razor fone usb cable. I bet if i go to a verison store and as for a USB cable for the Razor fone it will work. If not then just return it
its just a standerd usb cord you can probably go to radio shack and ask them for a standerd usb cord

mine came with the cable and all you have to do is pull the card out and put it in your computer unless you use the tape
