@CircleTheSkies Actually, he's pretty intelligent. His main weapon is manipulation, which takes a fair amount of intelligence(and charisma) to do properly. However, like most sociopaths, he's impeded by his ego and his inability to comprehend the emotions of others on a deeper and more meaningful level. He can't, for example, understand things like companionship or forgiveness, both of which are things that Jimmy eventually gains(and gives) and uses against him.

Hmm. When I fight Russell I usually just keep running and shoot him with the slingshot. Actually I barely ever use any other weapon, except maybe for the Spud-cannon.

there are no cheats for bully ive tried for like 3 years to get them they never worked

you have to use 2 controllers and you have to use the second controller to input the codes. look on game fags for other details.
