Great review, Larry. I too, purchase many wallets for the reasons you described. And also as the CC numbers become imprinted in the leather. That's the worst. Any hoot. Great review, and thanks for the heads up on this product.
Larry, it might be too compact for you, but have you tried the Jimi wallet? I don't like to carry a lot of stuff so it works for me. Plus it' s made in the US, which is pretty rare these days. Mos
@mosbyo1 I tried the Jimi...not very impressive. The jimi wallet hinge breaks within a few weeks of use and barely holds anything. It isn't nearly as durable or useful as the Flipside wallet.
Hey Larry, That's a nice gadget/Wallet, i too have the same issue's when getting a new wallet, I'm particular in which one i purchase due to it's quality, As an alternative to what i would normally get this has to be in all honesty one product that i would fork out for, You can't have enough protection when it come's down to Credit Card protection, Doe's the company have a guarantee that the RFID doe's what it say's it doe's ?, As this would be the thing i would be most interested in tbh,Thank's
Nice wallet, but I need a wallet big enough for my phone (it is a Sony Ericson W595, I think, nothing too big), so this wallet isn't good for me. My wallet is a cheap Icon pouch/wallet. Preety good, for me. : )
@iAppTime Unless you're a woman, I don't know too many men who keep change in their wallet (no offense.) I just keep it loose in my pocket. You could though just put it inside the wallet, where the bills are. It would slide around but at least stay in the wallet. I was thinking about this the other day though when I heard the U.S. gov. is thinking of getting rid of the dollar bill and making it into a coin instead.
@larrygreenberg Lol never thought of putting the change loose in my pocket ;) We get quite a lot of coins as change here in Europe since the lowest value bill is 5€. So it's quite common to get coins as change (luckily, because I collect euro coins)
@iAppTime Yeah, I was thinking it would be more of a problem in Europe because you use more coins. Yeah, in the U.S. we just put it loose in our pockets, as generally we don't carry more than $1 in change, since we still have a $1 bill.
"Shaving Grace Barbers"...? Really?

@briancostello1980 It's slightly thicker. That's how I carry mine, wallet on one side, phone in the other.

The bank note compartment looks really small, I don't think it would fit any currency notes bigger than US$
mohd4325 1 year ago
Damn looks nice, I HAVE to carry my wallet in my back pocket though and I can tell that thing would LITERALLY be a pain in the ass lol

Awesome review larry! do you think British bank notes would fit in this? thanks!
