A case should be heard on its own merit and not compared to other cases as a 'measure' to weather someone is abusive or a child is being abused. They can only be compared in judgement of an order when it may bares a relavance in a judgement thats been made and to whats fair accordingly. There are children being abused and being let down by the system - its not infallible. Its a fine line when abuse has taken place and alleged abuse has taken place and there is no evidence to it up...
people and children slip through the net and its a real shame. The fault lies in people who abuse the system. Is it a case of parental alienation or a case of an abusive parent? So many parent abuse their children, so many people CLAIM abuse for a gain in custody. It happens both ways and its both abusive to children. But to make a change to one means making it harder for the other. its a double edge sword.
Many of these abusers are psychopaths and recent figures show that 70% of them managed to fool the professionals and get away with abusing over and over.
Also to be noted is some judges coming out in sympathy with the psychopaths- reflecting their own hidden psychopathis tendancies.

Yesterday I was at court where a hot shot lawyer ripped apart a young mum. The police charge this fuckwit with assault and malicious damage. The lawyer couldn't tear apart the cop, so he went for the young mum and broke her. Thankfully the fuckwit was found guilty but he only got a two year good behaviour bond. The young mum was only relieve that it was all over. I would have given Hanging. The fuckwit is a pyscho drunk and his death would benefit society.

Using actors protects the real victims. Fuckfaces are still in revenge mode. If kids say boo to fuckfaces, fuckfaces will try to kill thee kids. Fuckfaces are still trying to hunt down their ex-partner and kids and they will kill them for revenge. This campaign is calling for an end to this violence. Changing the law is one thing, allowing groups of real men to hunt down fuckfaces and stopping is what really needed. Why do fuckfaces think that they are innocent and harmless?
Sooner or later, there will be groups of people will who hunt down these f#$faces. Picking on children, these f#$faces deserve everything that an angry mob can throw at them. The law doesn't do its job, so I guess someone will get sick of the whole situation and take care of it themselves.

It seems to me so simple to identify perpetrators, yet we have to pander to them in the courts. Our family has experienced much of what has happened in these accounts. Since the new laws have been introduced to the family law courts Women and Children have been disempowered further than they already were... Its time the Politicians who make the laws woke up to this ....God Please open their eyes to see this and remove the blindfold soceity has on in regards to marriage breakdown and what is best for the children..
The basic right to be heard ...to be protected is not an option in the FCoA. Please explain how anyone can have a "meaningful relationship" with a person who has abused you? Adults are not forced to live with their rapists/abusers yet children are? and it is the protective parent that is charged with that duty...they are forced to otherwise they have their children removed from their care!

A case should be heard on its own merit and not compared to other cases as a 'measure' to weather someone is abusive or a child is being abused.
