He looks so different with each hair style. I love some of his looks and some are just ok. I see he was not always so cut up like he is now. Some of these pics he look so cute and love his kissable lips.
Give him a break! He did not grow up here in US and doesn't even live/stay here. He is also learning other languages like Japanese, Chinese, etc. and not just English. Give him time...and fyi, he has gotten better. Unless you want to be his English teacher, then you need to contact his people... You do not need to advertise here... look for his official websites.

He's gotten much better and he's trying, that's the important thing. It isn't important to have a perfect accent, as long as people can understand you. About the "not speaking from the heart", it's hard to speak with feelings if you have something to say but can't find the right words.
To get better in a language you need encuragement, not someone pointing out all your misstakes and not saying anything nice..!

The problems with Rains English.
# 1 - not opening the mouth enough
# 2 - not properly using the correct tongue position to create the perfect sounds
# 3 - low energy
# 4 - lip movements are incorrect
# 5 - not maintaining a proper flow
# 6 - not speaking from the heart - only words (empty)
# 7 - and so many other mistakes
