Stock markets are measured in dollars not resources. To say the stock market has doubled would make sense because we have literally doubled our money supply since 2009. There are too many ends in everyone's lives for any democratic government to make economic decisions. What we are doing is moving towards a dictatorship. Btw Thomas Jefferson proposed separation of state and economics. So Chomsky is wrong.
republicans stop blocking bills...Im ecstatic america is out of recession and out of these endless wars....unemployment down to 8.3% and the stock market has double in value in 3 years....oh and automotors way up and general motors back to number 1 in the world...also delighted that the poorest 50 million do have healthcare...that is moral , it will save lives galore and will also help business and general health improves. America has recovered way better than most other western nations

America's economic foundation is crumbling. For this reason, we must lean to the right -- allowing our conservative roots to thrive. We must concentrate on America's traditional foundation -- small farms. Basically, growing food. And we must strengthen our sense of family and community to build a spirit of brotherhood/sisterhood again, lifting our morale.
Then we must copy the geniuses -- in the arts, technology, sciences, academics, military, learning from their examples.
I would love to see Ron and Noam debate some of these issues of entitlement. Being on opposite sides of the spectrum on these issues and both being extremely polite, well read and thoughtful, would make for an amazing debate.
I was actually trying to hint at that. As, how often do you see people with differing points of view on the same subject come together to find a solution that both may not find perfect but it better in reality than disagreeing entirely.
There is a big difference between Left-libertarianism and right-libertarianism. (Look up at wikipedia for the basics).
Should the wealthy minority's property be protected from the poor or the other way round? What about paying taxes for public services (your education system is very worrying)? Concentration of so much power in private hands shouldnt be allowed. It's hard to realize what an intense class war the elite is fighting to gain more profits.
@dihydrohydroxycodein I never said they have the same ideology... I meant the illusion that they are diametrically opposed and everything they say must be the opposite of what the other says is a fallacy. Lol, I make one comment and you attack my education system. Don't worry, I'm on your side there. I'm quite aware they probably disagree on a lot of things too, but that doesn't change the fact that they are both humanitarians and hold humanitarian values above all.
@Theobrothers this is the dumbest comment i've ever read on youtube. A) ron paul doesn't have the intellectual chops to debate michele bachmann let alone noam chomsky and B) chomsky is an avowed pro-DEMOCRACY socialist. you'd know that if you read anything other than ayn rand.
A) Ron destroy's every other politician who argues with him. He would do fine in a debate with Noam and I feel they would come together on quite a few points as they are not humble truth seekers.
B) I know what Noam's positions are...
watch?v=wriQGI5NGOM
watch?v=YDHBvQRyOr0
So explain to me why having; "Ron and Noam debate some of these issues of entitlement" is the dumbest thing you have ever read on youtube?
@T hyperbole is a rhetorical device. i don't expect you to know much about the FORM an argument takes as opposed to its content. ron paul "destroys" whom? republican candidates? that's like stepping on an ant hill. you know chomsky's positions from watching youtube clips. that speaks for itself. which part of what i wrote do you need "explained" to you? the fact chomsky is a SOCIALIST & unlikely to agree with ANYTHING paul has to say? not obvious enough? maybe i'll make a video 4 u
Ah Yes, the favourite figure of speech of the Dramatis Reginam.
Perhaps, "republican candidates" might fit into the statement "every other politician who argues with him". I'm confused, are you arguing that it doesn't?
I liked "chomsky is a SOCIALIST & unlikely to agree with ANYTHING paul has to say" better when it was stated as "Being on opposite sides of the spectrum on these issues"
Does Implication by question tend to win you debates?
@T if drama queen is the best insult you can manage, i can live with it. wit is hard, i know. my point about "candidates" is that politicians, paul incl, aren't intellectuals/academics (certainly not repubs), you might as well ask chomsky to debate doormen or janitors. still confused? & here we come to the backpeddling part of your "argument": someone else wrote "they'd probably agree on more things than you'd expect" & YOU replied "I was actually trying to hint at that". clearer?
@Theobrothers Oh. My. God. I love that idea! I would even pay to see it ffs! I love both of them for different reasons, if they could find common ground we would live in paradise, when it comes to capitalism meeting voluntary socialism. Gogogogo, make the calls already ;) peace
technology is replacing jobs and no one is saying SHIT about it. some new jobs will emerge due to technology but not NEARLY enough. why is it not COMMON SENSE that technology is meant to make life EASIER? if we had robots that could make all our food, gather it, deliver it, and make houses, etc, would there really be a need for jobs? NO
regarding healthcare, we need to somehow get everyone to eat mostly vegetables with some meat. anything else is complete shit for you. it's amazing they haven't done studies on this kind of diet. i have eliminated autoimmune conditions with this diet and whenever i introduce any other food, yes even grains and fruit, the conditions flare up. it's sad how i know more about health than the healthcare industry who spend their entire lives studying it. and technology is replacing jobs FOREVER
Fundamental questions here concerning health insurance is why premiums are up and why is it so broken. The health of the general public is higher in morbidity than in previous decades and thus insurance providers are obliged to raise premiums to account for this risk. Then the "broken" part of the system which stands out in the diagnosis and knowledge of the doctors and practitioners. I have Lyme disease and I dare anyone to find out what kind of nightmare it is just to get diagnosed.
A big lie regarding our healthcare is that ours is not the best becasue of our "life expectancy" is worse than 10 or 20 other countries. If you look at the cure rate for major illnesses, the US cure rate is far better than any other country. But we don't live as long because we are all FAT. This does not equate to inferior healthcare. Beware.
Another Lib who does not admit nor realize that our Government has a major SPENDING PROBLEM. Once we get people elected from any party that will CUT SPENDING dollars, and I am referring to year-over-year spending, not reductions in future budgeted spending......then once these cuts are DONE and in place, we can look at raisnig taxes.
Chomsky is an exceptional political scientist, philosopher, and most of all - linguist. However, his economic acumen is very limited. Universal healthcare would not erase a 14 trillion dollar deficit, and his solution to outsourcing jobs by collapsing "an overvalued dollar" is an absurdity most Keynesianists would never even entertain.
EVERYbody STOP arguing amongst your selves(thats what OUR OWNERS want AND get-Good plan,well implemented=paid for by the ignorant majority-ads are tax deductable)Bill Hicks="The people who hate people party,come together(NO!)Are you gonna be there?Then lm not coming!" Checkout YOUR tube vids=George Carlin on our similarities+The Owners of the Country,then get back to me when you have woken from the $£ etc Dream/Nightmare.Or socialise,talk+THINK (7Billion brains/ideas that CAN fix this shit)PEACE
get rid of welfare, kill the poor. At least be honest about what you believe, right-wingers. Free markets? Freedom to exploit the shit out of whoever you like. Grow up and accept that the left is the future.
When will people see that taxes is and will always be a way for the elite to exploit the rest? Perhaps theoretically you can envision way to tax fairly, but such a scheme has never existed and never will. Taxes are a way to extract wealth, and the most connected(always the rich, allthough who that is might change over time) will always be positioned at the better end of such a system. Normal people and businesses should refuse paying taxes.
@kapilmails This man is wrong and if we had it his way we would be far worse off then we are already. Stimulus and universal healthcare is not the way to pull us out of this crisis.
Watch my powerpoint presentation about the causes of financial problems and the greatest solution for the crisis being my innovation for the money system. This innovation is explained a bit more in my book about same subjects on amazon
Ron Paul's foreign policy propositions would clearly benefit public interests, but unfortunately he also supports free markets. As a matter of fact, he asserts American markets aren't free enough, when in fact, they are freer than any developed country's market in the world.
@thementalenvironment You wanna make a bet? We have not had free markets in 100 years. Corporatism is what we have, and have had, FOR A LLLOOOONNNNGGGG TIME.
@thementalenvironment You can get a business going in Singapore in one hour. I wonder how long it would take you or I to develop one here, after all the rules and regulations that have been applied here...
Oh yeah, South Korea is kicking ass too. They I think, have a mix. Not sure. I could be wrong, but I mean, it is true that we have now is moving towards Facism... Am I right about that?
@thementalenvironment what a free market is depends on your definition of it. For me monetary policy is the most important test. In a free market, there is no such thing. In the US you have one of the most meddled with currencies in the world, meaning it is very non-free.
overpopulation is the root of all issues, we count on money that is only paper to make or sustainability strategy while in fact we should count on REAL RESOURCES and QUALITY OF LIFE ppl want to live in big houses with km of forest around and that is pretty easy to achive with an average of 2 child per 2 adults. Not a big deal if u think on the benefits. We are devastating the paradise god gift to humans and all creatures in this planet.
I want to hear why Noam believes the housing market crash was easily predictable, because I agree, but I don't think we will agree on why or how it was predictable.
Prior to WWII 1/3rd of Germans were unemployed. Hitler recruited all those men into military and unemployment became 0%. We can use the same solution in US. As opposed to Hitlers imperialist intentions US only wants the world to be peaceful. All unemployed men and women should be recruited in military. This will expand and strengthen military. US should go to war will all rogue states. Slap them war reparations after defeating them. This will bring income to US government. Make world peaceful.
If US slaps war reparations on Iraq and Afghanistan then it will help US economy recover. Instead of money US should take natural resources from those nations to pay for war expenses. Also US should stop reconstruction aid to Iraq and Afghanistan. Iraq is oil rich nation. Hence it does not need aid. Similarly Afghanistan is rich in natural resources.
I respect the mans' intellect, but I am neither wealthy nor against charity. I oppose medicare, social security, public education, as well as any other government program not because I hate people, but because I truly believe they are better off working it out for themselves than relying on an inefficient government program.
@seanthemedicjudoman what do you mean "working it out for themselves" and where are these extra funds going to come from in a country with increasing debt and costs of living with rising unemployement and falling wages? in order to get rid of medicare, to be fair you would have to end all subsides to big business, ban bailouts and have regulations (yes the RIGHT regulations) to make them NOT get "too big to fail", --yah know...let them work it out themselves, agreed?
agreed for the most part, except for the regulations. The only monopolies that exist are through government coercion - "regulation"
Businesses go bankrupt any time they try to corner the market for themselves by spurring the growth of competition - that is unless you have government subsidy. The only things people care about are food, shelter, and a little bit of fun. They could care less about education. Let them. Then our education system would be efficient.
@seanthemedicjudoman wow you got some things a little mixed up I'm afriad. It's DEregulations that led to coporate monopolies and increasing comglomeration and the aquisition of smaller companies by bigger ones. It was regulations that put a limit on that in order to maintain at least some semblance of a free market and fair competition. When they went away, there was nothing to hold these coporations back, so the bigger ones merely gobbled up the smaller ones.
No. You've got things mixed up. Name one monopoly that existed outside of government compliance. You're a fool if you believe that regulations help anything other than let the government pick who the winners and losers are. If you had any kind of business experience you would know this.
@seanthemedicjudoman it's all just a collusion between top government officials and big business leaders. Government picks the winners and losers? Not exactly. It's not really government that does the picking. It's people like Don Regan, Hank Paulson,Lawrence Sommers, etc, leaders of the big finance firms/banks who then enter into government but are just big business hawks disguised as public servants. They're the ones, informed by their cronies in business, that pick the winners and losers.
I know. The point being that if we limited government just to defense then there would be a lot less mischief. It's when they decide to do something "good" that they end up screwing up and then just multiplying like some cancer. Again, I am not against charity. For all of time charity was administered by the church, which, incidentally made it a lot harder for all of the lazy fraudulent people. Introduce government and then loe and behold, you have fraud.
btw, get rid of public education, really? how do you propose parents work that out for their kids? put them in private schools run like a business? are you kidding me! that's already proven to be a disaster(look up Edison school). and do you even consider the massive negative effect of getting rid of social security?! Poverty, homelessness would rocket up, increased strain on healthcare pushing up insurance costs and pushing even more people to the brink. it would be a TOTAL disaster.
I suppose we live in Utopia with the education as it is? No wait, it really just needs more money thrown at it. Give me a break. Not everyone is an academic, and a government mandate doesn't make it so. If you are going to sit there straight faced and tell me that public schools are better than private then you are delusional. Citing one anecdotal example given the mountain of evidence that lies in front of everyone is just foolish.
@seantedicjudoman you can't have people making informed decisions in complex, democratic society if there's nothing there to inform them. wiser people in the past recognized this and that's why education was made universally available. whether or not eveyrone is an academic is irrelevant to supplying education to the masses. you think there's a lot of aimless, uneducated boars walking around now, just wait until some genius decides to end public education and see how much better that would be.
As far as Social Security goes, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to do the math and figure out it's insolvent. And here's an example for you. Galveston island in Texas elected to opt out of social security back in '81. Now they have this weird phenomena where they retire at almost twice the income as anyone else in the country. Imagine that! As far as insurance goes, without the government socialization, health care costs would be affordable and there would be no need.
i don't know about Galveston island, but I do know that one localized example doesn't prove that this would be feasible on a national level. And I have to laugh everytime I hear people refer to american helathcare as "government socializaition" Americans have nothing close to socialized healthcare, take a step outside the American bubble and live in any other western country and you'll see this. btw, the lust for short-term profit is the main thing that's keeping insurance costs up.
You can't name one government program that has been a success. Everything is remarkably inefficient and I would find it humorous that you people defend these ideologies if it weren't for the fact that our currency is headed for a cliff because of the complete inability for you people to realize when enough is enough. Oh the Fed can just print the money. It'll be alright! Wrong! People need to help themselves, and the ones that can't, that's what church is for.

Ya know, it's a real shame that these comments have devolved into such garbage and have nothing to do with what the man is saying. In fact his message at 10:23 and 12:43 is very poignant and vitally important, and perhaps that could be the focus for discussion instead of this disjointed, irrelevant, schizophrenic prattle that the first 32 comments appear to be.
Maybe some of you´re batshit crazy. I knew this before but some of you´ll striaght away understand that this is the the mental map which some realy powerful special interest groups had and have in mind.
The new global schutzstaffel state and you´re building vital parts of it...
Who is the chinese man to the presidents right, with the red communist chinese flag on his right lapel? The jobs bill is ready! the lobbyist just finished writing it.
How can anyone in their right mind call health care unregulated? The medical, pharma, & insurance industries are among the most regulated there are. That's why we have a health care crisis in the first place.
I Lift My Eyes I lift my eyes to the heavens and find Silence I lift my eyes to the pulpit and find Complicity I lift my eyes to the Presidential Lectern and find Betrayal I lift my eyes to the wealthy and find the soul of greed wrapped in a cloak of Charity I drop my eyes and look around me to find I am among the United 9/13/11
Thanks Noam, You have always been a great asset to activism with your wisdom. Thanks for giving kudos to Ron Paul's foreign policy and cuts in military spending. He is the lone voice of reason in the Republican party.
@annoloki Ron actually would just like it if the younger generation had an opt out policy. Ron has actually stated that if we ended ALL the wars we would have plenty of money to sure up our social safety nets.
Of course, he forgets to mention that ~$2.6-Trillion in Social Security surpluses have disappeared into the pockets of politically connected elites. Typical phenomenon.
He also forgets to mention that there are sensible alternatives to Social Security --- e.g., state- and community-level programs.
@LibertaerUeberAlles That's not a problem with social security though, that's a problem with corruption and general lawlessness of politicians... people don't suddenly become immune to corruption because they're employed by the state rather than the nation. If someone keeps stealing your stuff, the answer isn't to not have stuff, it's to stop people stealing. Getting rid of having stuff rather than dealing with corruption seems a bit lazy and defeatist to me.
I think it's more problematic. At the national level, Social Security forms merely one part in a set of mandates, which also includes, e.g., foreign policy and border security. A complex package deal. So barring the unlikely event that an educated and vigilant electorate will suddenly appear, and choose a crop of angel politicians, the likelihood for subversion will remain high.
Surely the oligarchs who created Social Security did so b/c they anticipated its potential for subversion.
@LibertaerUeberAlles There're advantages to a guaranteed minimum standard of living within a free trade zone tho, like an agreed minimum wage and level of social security. Failure to do so means that factories shut down and go to where people have the least security, as they are more desperate and will work for less, making others more desperate. This can be seen thanks to NAFTA, with factories moving to Mexico. It's a race to the bottom needing tarifs or wider agreement between states to combat
noam is amazing... i have schizoaffective disorder and i rely on social security to help support my family... he's right about those who wish to dismantle it... they're going to do it through the super congress... president obama should should have never agreed to the trigger... sometimes i think the debt ceiling debate was staged and obama is in on the cuts...
Of course it was. The US should have defaulted on its debt. The Chineese downgraded its bonds last year.
The entire US financial industry has been phantom growth for the last decades. The OTC derivates a ciminal fraudulent schemes. Now it seems the last surplus making government programm is going to be looted.
This monetary system requires credit growth to contiue hence EVERYTHING is going to be monetarized including you....
This is the most neglected fact of the extermination programm- every person exterminated reaped in a profit of 35.000 Reichsmark from looting the property through exploiting the work-force right to the killing process itself .
This utter perversion of the capitalist monetary system is what i see at the brink of completion when you in the US will have created private armies, prisons and secret services serving as the enforcement tools for the monetary debt based servant system..
Tell me where´s the difference in running a corporate murder machine the creates profit by selling nuclear waste as ammunition (PGU-7 B) to "silently reduce" local populations by cancer or teratogenics?
Tell me where´s the difference in mindset or methodology.
This SchutzStaffel state is of course foreshadowing the current path of "good vs evil" as the exact same justification was used to convince the perpetrators of "extreme necessities".
The "racial" theme is somewhat morphed into a more common "work shy poor".
The demand for new credit is unlimited and it´s feeding frenzy will find new ways that remind me of this seemingly long forgotten and left behind horror.
That's nonsense. No one was "exterminated" except for innocent Germans by the Zionist NWO oligarchy which initiated war (WW2) on Germany.
But I guess the BS stories about "looting property" still circulate for the purpose of extorting money from gullible Americans and Europeans. Nevermind that the Zionist Authority oversaw the transfer of property to Palestine via the Haavara Agreement.
@LibertaerUeberAlles Are you serious? Are you saying that Holocaust, proven by mounds of evidence in the form of pictures,documents, and testimony, is made up? I personally have a great great grandfather and great great grandmother who were murdered at Babi Yar, in Kiev, Ukraine. I suppose that my family must be part of the conspiracy, all working for the Israeli government to make up stories. I suppose all other families with Holocaust victims are also all liars.. I hope you detect the irony.
Aren't you forgetting millions of Ukrainian peasants genocided by Judeo-Bolsheviks? Do you know about Lazar Kaganovich? Gengrikh Yagoda? The CHEKA and NKVD? The Holodomor? The Gulag? Does remembering this help you to understand things in better perspective?
As for Babi Yar, I know of a certain discredited "Weasel" who wrote about "ground trembling" and "geysers of blood" squirting from alleged "mass graves." Let me guess, your grandparents were among these?? My condolences.
@LibertaerUeberAlles Your 2nd point: I am assuming that you are referring to Elie Wiesel, who was "refuted" by CODOH? CODOH was refuted by the Jewish Virtual Library (look it up, cant post link)l. Besides Elie Wiesel, there are plenty of other accounts of Babi Yar that you can find elsewhere... You can start on Wikipedia: (look it up, cant post link),(plenty of links to various sources). If you don't trust Wikipedia in itself, feel free to click on the links.
Yes, of course Zionist groups always "refute" those who challenge them with facts and evidence. I guess it cuts into their profit margins when belief in Holocaustianity fades. Keeping the hoax alive ensures that they continue rolling in American tax dollars and foreign interventionism.
@LibertaerUeberAlles who are you saying isn't providing facts and evidence? LOL. you have not provided one source or reference of any kind to back up any of your silly claims I've read here.
@LibertaerUeberAlles lol. i haven't even read the whole exchange but i know the weasel. didn't he also see pits burning babies "with his own eyes"? lol
@LibertaerUeberAlles The Holodomor and other Soviet atrocities you mention were truly evil, but your linking of all this to "the Jews" is ridiculous. However, I do not believe this issue is worth debating at the moment, as I am not the one who's denying well documented atrocities. What does this have to do with the Holocaust?
I didn't blame "the Jews." However, genocidal Bolshevism was considered a predominately Jewish movement that was spreading in Germany, so this should help us understand why they were pressured to leave Germany starting in 1933, and why the few remaining ones were interned in camps when the Zionist-controlled British Empire initiated war against Germany.
Had Britain not destroyed supply lines to camps, then few would've starved or died of Typhus. And there'd be no holo-fable.
@LibertaerUeberAlles the "few" remaining ones? don't be such an ignorant tool. declassified nazi documentation rigourously kept by the massive bureaucracy of the third reich came out after the Nuremberg Trials added up to 2.8 million people. the deportation records themselves state that 1.3 million people went to camps (which is where they were being "deported") and 1.5 million more registered in extensive inventories kept by the nazi's.
Are you sure that you're not the one who's being an "ignorant tool"? Can you point me to such "declassified nazi documentation"? Surely copies must be posted somewhere on the web, right? Or maybe you're talking about the Germans who were expelled from their ancestral homelands?
In any case, if you want to learn more about the Nuremberg trials, perhaps you'll watch Anthony Lawson's fantastic new video on the "holocaust."
@LibertaerUeberAlles Go to the Yad Vashem museum website which collects and displays over 3million names photocopied from actual records and photos of the victims (if you can, visit the museum for yourself), and also photocopies of lists of people transported, all sources referenced and linked. I imagine you go to the German statistics website (duh) to find the pop. figures of ethic minorities before the war, and then after. Next is just a matter of doing simple subtraction.
What none of the kosher supremacist organizations tell you, is that most of those so-called "holocaust victims" are sitting on the beach in Miami living off US taxpayer money.
As for the true unfortunate victims of the "holocaust (i.e., burnt offering)" I think Anthony Lawson explains it rather well: They have no one but their own greedy Zionist leaders to blame.
@LiberterUberAlles btw, Britain declared war on Germany because germany openly declared their intention to take over europe (and the world) and were already aggressively showing they meant it. it was simple self defence against a rogue state. and it's inane to bring up the "genocidal bolshevists" as some kind of excuse to justify such actions against jews. the bolshevists were NOT primarily Jews, in fact they were a small minority; that itself is just more anti-jewish bull.
There again, you seem to be repeating wartime propaganda that has long since been debunked. Aside from the obvious fact that a near-landlocked Germany couldn't have even dreamed of "taking over the world," Germany is on record for making numerous peace offers. Try not to confuse repatriating ethnic Germans, living under brutal foreign rule since Versailles, with "taking over the world."
Sure it may have been impractical and stupid, but that doesn't stop the fact that that's what Hitler wanted. And what "brutal" rule, what expulsion of Germans from their homeland? Did you see this in a dream? YOU are the one making outlandish and unverified claims. Yeah I know the German people in general had problems, that's why their leaders scapegoated already discriminated against and stereotyped minorities (jews, gypsies etc) to bully around and blame for their problems.
I don't know why I discuss this with you, since you don't even know the basic information. Apparently, you've been imbued with a selfish ideology that has prevented you from learning.
@mukmakumkum "Holocaust, proven by mounds of evidence in the form of pictures,documents, and testimony,"
you left out 6 million corpses. oh wait, there were none. how is that possible? 6 million corpses don't just evaporate into air like dandelion spores. hm, even with all the easily fabricated circumstantial evidence like pictures & documents that can be forged & manipulated & eyewitness testimony which is the least reliable form of evidence, it's hard to explain the missing 6 million corpses.
@WikeddTung ever heard of crematoria? or is that just more "Judaeo-Bolshevik-Zionist-NWO propaganda"?
If you're denying the truth of such heavily proven facts, then I really can't convince you with any evidence of any kind, as you will disregard it as propaganda. If you disregard all the thousands of pieces of photographic, documental, and testimonial evidence, then talking with you is a waste of time.
@m i smoked for 25 yrs & i would regularly have to dispose of ashtrays full of ASHES. 6 million cremated corpses would produce 20-30 MILLION LBS OF ASH that has NEVER been found. furthermore the alleged systematic killings began in december '41 & ended in january '45 that means 6000 corpses per day would have to be cremated & the remaining bones (that DON'T burn) pulverized continuously 24/7 for 3 years. efficient as the germans are they were also fighting a war on 2 fronts. impossible. so sale.
@WikeddTung this is the dumbest comment i have seen to date on this stupid f%*king web site. you are a complete ignorant moron. really. get a life dude. are you really this stupid? man oh man. what a freakin moronic a-hole some of these people are. it's scary to think that people like this are in this world. and there are worse. what a scary place. we are all doomed because of guys like this.
@Ostatebuckeye11 lol. wow that's a lot of framing! of course you don't even pretend to say that i'm WRONG. that would require that you actually PROVE it. instead you get the vapors, feel faint & start swooning. lol, pussy. two can play that game:
you're comment is the most pedophilic i've ever read on this lousy site! ugh what a worthless pervert you are! it's frightening to think how many child abusing perverts like you there are trolling the net looking for underage tail. how shockingly sad!
@WikeddTung pedophilic? i wont even entertain your sick and twisted mind. this is what i am talking about. now you are talking about pedophilia. . i hope you feel good now. just keep trolling these boards. spitting your venom. but remember this. there is a reason why you are the only one who agrees with your opinion. and everyone else like me who reads your comments are disgusted. ok, the whole world is wrong and you are right. you against the world. you are a victim. poor you.
@O11 you're not only a pervert but a deranged, moronic pervert.
"there is a reason why you are the only one who agrees with your opinion. and everyone else like me who reads your comments are disgusted."
really? my comment is the top rated one for a month. seems like a few folks agree with me. and NOBODY cares what a pervert pedophile like you finds "disgusting".
@WikeddTung i cant argue with your flawless theory. " i smoked for 25 yrs & i would regularly have to dispose of ashtrays full of ASHES." this is a great start to a graduate thesis. you must be a genius. actually, today i showed your comments to one of my classes at graduate school and you were the laughing stock of the class. everyone laughed at you and the teacher made some funny jokes about you. keep up the good work. and keep the material coming. this is great stuff.
@O11 every single comment you've made is nothing but FRAMING. you don't claim i'm wrong. you don't attempt to prove me wrong. you don't attempt to make any kind argument. all you've done since you injected yourself into this thread is try to FRAME my original comment with bullshit about how "stupid, scary, venomous & funny" it is.
my point about smoking is that ASHES DON'T DISAPPEAR & i know that from EXPERIENCE. 20-30 MILLION POUNDS OF ASHES don't just disappear. PROVE ME WRONG or FUCK OFF.
@WikeddTung I don't claim to be an expert on the subject but I have seen animal carcasses burned and if the fire is hot enough the bones burn too. And most of what i empty from my ash trays are the buts. Take the ashes only ( no Butts ) outside and put them on the ground and pour some water on them or let the wind blow them. What's left? your argument is uneducated
@s6 no, YOU're "argument" is uneducated. what's left after smoking cigarettes is ASH. it doesn't go away; it becomes impacted & HARD. in fact pouring water on ashes doesn't dissolve them, it makes them muddy & when they dry they dry HARD. there is an entire layer of the earth MADE OF ASH that settled onto the surface of the planet after a dinosaur killing asteroid hit it. these are FACTS both historic & scientific & easily researched. the only thing you got right is that you aren't an expert.
@d1 your comment is nothing but framing. what's UNDERSTOOD is that the number six million has FACTUALLY been downgraded even by those in the shoah business, that there is not one piece of paper DOCUMENTATION generated by any third reich bureaucracy that proves it happened, there is ZERO FORENSIC EVIDENCE of it & that the reason people like schpielberg insist on documenting "eyewitness" testimony is that THAT is all the myth has to substantiate it. don't IMPLY otherwise, PROVE it.

@mukmakumkum i can tell by the way you write,and by your general tone.that you're not nearly as bright as you obviously think you are.you are a blabbering fuckin idiot,and you need to get down on your knees and thank your God for the net,because without the net i promise you;not a soul would listen to you.
@dempsey981 I can tell by the way that you write that you are either unable to or to lazy to properly respond to the points that I make, so decide to take the easy way out and simply insult me. You say I must thank my God (which I do not have, cause I'm an atheist) for the internet, because otherwise nobody would listen to me?So from knowing virtually nothing about me, you assume that I some kind of social pariah who everybody ignores on principle? Dream on...
@dempsey981 What I mean by that is that you appear to assume that nobody ever listens to me in normal conversations, so I have to go on the internet to say anything. Anyway, my point was that although you may have the ability to read what I write(and conclude that you disagree with what I say), you somehow lack either the ability or will to respond to it in at leas a semi-reasonable fashion. Therefore, you resort to name calling, assuming that anyone who doesn't use language like you is an idiot
haven't you people been "corrected" repeatedly at intervals for thousands of years for arrogantly forgetting not to expose yourselves by your own "god"?
wow, if the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over & over hoping for a different outcome each time, it's no wonder you're the most neurotic people on the planet.

HOW TO FIX THE ECONOMY

Something we haven't seen for a long, long time.

I was actually trying to hint at that. As, how often do you see people with differing points of view on the same subject come together to find a solution that both may not find perfect but it better in reality than disagreeing entirely.
Theobrothers 2 months ago
@fingerspear
It's hard to realize what an intense class war the elite is fighting to gain more profits.
dihydrohydroxycodein 2 months ago

LoL.
Ever on youtube, wow, drama queen much?
A) Ron destroy's every other politician who argues with him. He would do fine in a debate with Noam and I feel they would come together on quite a few points as they are not humble truth seekers.
B) I know what Noam's positions are...
watch?v=wriQGI5NGOM
watch?v=YDHBvQRyOr0
So explain to me why having; "Ron and Noam debate some of these issues of entitlement" is the dumbest thing you have ever read on youtube?
Theobrothers 2 months ago
@T hyperbole is a rhetorical device. i don't expect you to know much about the FORM an argument takes as opposed to its content. ron paul "destroys" whom? republican candidates? that's like stepping on an ant hill. you know chomsky's positions from watching youtube clips. that speaks for itself. which part of what i wrote do you need "explained" to you? the fact chomsky is a SOCIALIST & unlikely to agree with ANYTHING paul has to say? not obvious enough? maybe i'll make a video 4 u
WikeddTung 2 months ago
@WikeddTung
"hyperbole is a rhetorical device"
Ah Yes, the favourite figure of speech of the Dramatis Reginam.
Perhaps, "republican candidates" might fit into the statement "every other politician who argues with him". I'm confused, are you arguing that it doesn't?
I liked "chomsky is a SOCIALIST & unlikely to agree with ANYTHING paul has to say" better when it was stated as "Being on opposite sides of the spectrum on these issues"
Does Implication by question tend to win you debates?
Theobrothers 2 months ago

@T if drama queen is the best insult you can manage, i can live with it. wit is hard, i know. my point about "candidates" is that politicians, paul incl, aren't intellectuals/academics (certainly not repubs), you might as well ask chomsky to debate doormen or janitors. still confused? & here we come to the backpeddling part of your "argument": someone else wrote "they'd probably agree on more things than you'd expect" & YOU replied "I was actually trying to hint at that". clearer?

markuskentwood 2 months ago
Fundamental questions here concerning health insurance is why premiums are up and why is it so broken. The health of the general public is higher in morbidity than in previous decades and thus insurance providers are obliged to raise premiums to account for this risk. Then the "broken" part of the system which stands out in the diagnosis and knowledge of the doctors and practitioners. I have Lyme disease and I dare anyone to find out what kind of nightmare it is just to get diagnosed.
BreakerOfBoxes 2 months ago
A big lie regarding our healthcare is that ours is not the best becasue of our "life expectancy" is worse than 10 or 20 other countries. If you look at the cure rate for major illnesses, the US cure rate is far better than any other country. But we don't live as long because we are all FAT. This does not equate to inferior healthcare. Beware.

Make world peaceful.
speak2sam 4 months ago
If US slaps war reparations on Iraq and Afghanistan then it will help US economy recover. Instead of money US should take natural resources from those nations to pay for war expenses. Also US should stop reconstruction aid to Iraq and Afghanistan. Iraq is oil rich nation. Hence it does not need aid. Similarly Afghanistan is rich in natural resources.

I respect the mans' intellect, but I am neither wealthy nor against charity. I oppose medicare, social security, public education, as well as any other government program not because I hate people, but because I truly believe they are better off working it out for themselves than relying on an inefficient government program.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
@seanthemedicjudoman what do you mean "working it out for themselves" and where are these extra funds going to come from in a country with increasing debt and costs of living with rising unemployement and falling wages? in order to get rid of medicare, to be fair you would have to end all subsides to big business, ban bailouts and have regulations (yes the RIGHT regulations) to make them NOT get "too big to fail", --yah know...let them work it out themselves, agreed?
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
agreed for the most part, except for the regulations. The only monopolies that exist are through government coercion - "regulation"
Businesses go bankrupt any time they try to corner the market for themselves by spurring the growth of competition - that is unless you have government subsidy. The only things people care about are food, shelter, and a little bit of fun. They could care less about education. Let them. Then our education system would be efficient.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
@seanthemedicjudoman wow you got some things a little mixed up I'm afriad. It's DEregulations that led to coporate monopolies and increasing comglomeration and the aquisition of smaller companies by bigger ones. It was regulations that put a limit on that in order to maintain at least some semblance of a free market and fair competition. When they went away, there was nothing to hold these coporations back, so the bigger ones merely gobbled up the smaller ones.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
No. You've got things mixed up. Name one monopoly that existed outside of government compliance. You're a fool if you believe that regulations help anything other than let the government pick who the winners and losers are. If you had any kind of business experience you would know this.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
@seanthemedicjudoman it's all just a collusion between top government officials and big business leaders. Government picks the winners and losers? Not exactly. It's not really government that does the picking. It's people like Don Regan, Hank Paulson,Lawrence Sommers, etc, leaders of the big finance firms/banks who then enter into government but are just big business hawks disguised as public servants. They're the ones, informed by their cronies in business, that pick the winners and losers.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
Introduce government and then loe and behold, you have fraud.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
btw, get rid of public education, really? how do you propose parents work that out for their kids? put them in private schools run like a business? are you kidding me! that's already proven to be a disaster(look up Edison school). and do you even consider the massive negative effect of getting rid of social security?! Poverty, homelessness would rocket up, increased strain on healthcare pushing up insurance costs and pushing even more people to the brink. it would be a TOTAL disaster.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
I suppose we live in Utopia with the education as it is? No wait, it really just needs more money thrown at it. Give me a break. Not everyone is an academic, and a government mandate doesn't make it so. If you are going to sit there straight faced and tell me that public schools are better than private then you are delusional. Citing one anecdotal example given the mountain of evidence that lies in front of everyone is just foolish.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
@seantedicjudoman you can't have people making informed decisions in complex, democratic society if there's nothing there to inform them. wiser people in the past recognized this and that's why education was made universally available. whether or not eveyrone is an academic is irrelevant to supplying education to the masses. you think there's a lot of aimless, uneducated boars walking around now, just wait until some genius decides to end public education and see how much better that would be.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
As far as insurance goes, without the government socialization, health care costs would be affordable and there would be no need.
seanthemedicjudoman 5 months ago
i don't know about Galveston island, but I do know that one localized example doesn't prove that this would be feasible on a national level.

LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago
@LibertaerUeberAlles That's not a problem with social security though, that's a problem with corruption and general lawlessness of politicians... people don't suddenly become immune to corruption because they're employed by the state rather than the nation. If someone keeps stealing your stuff, the answer isn't to not have stuff, it's to stop people stealing. Getting rid of having stuff rather than dealing with corruption seems a bit lazy and defeatist to me.
annoloki 5 months ago
@annoloki
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago 2
@LibertaerUeberAlles There're advantages to a guaranteed minimum standard of living within a free trade zone tho, like an agreed minimum wage and level of social security. Failure to do so means that factories shut down and go to where people have the least security, as they are more desperate and will work for less, making others more desperate. This can be seen thanks to NAFTA, with factories moving to Mexico. It's a race to the bottom needing tarifs or wider agreement between states to combat

@mukmakumkum
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago 3
@LibertaerUeberAlles Your 2nd point: I am assuming that you are referring to Elie Wiesel, who was "refuted" by CODOH? CODOH was refuted by the Jewish Virtual Library (look it up, cant post link)l. Besides Elie Wiesel, there are plenty of other accounts of Babi Yar that you can find elsewhere... You can start on Wikipedia: (look it up, cant post link),(plenty of links to various sources). If you don't trust Wikipedia in itself, feel free to click on the links.

@mukmakumkum
Yes, of course Zionist groups always "refute" those who challenge them with facts and evidence. I guess it cuts into their profit margins when belief in Holocaustianity fades. Keeping the hoax alive ensures that they continue rolling in American tax dollars and foreign interventionism.
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago
@LibertaerUeberAlles who are you saying isn't providing facts and evidence? LOL. you have not provided one source or reference of any kind to back up any of your silly claims I've read here.

LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago
@LibertaerUeberAlles The Holodomor and other Soviet atrocities you mention were truly evil, but your linking of all this to "the Jews" is ridiculous. However, I do not believe this issue is worth debating at the moment, as I am not the one who's denying well documented atrocities. What does this have to do with the Holocaust?
mukmakumkum 5 months ago
@mukmakumkum
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago 3
@LibertaerUeberAlles the "few" remaining ones? don't be such an ignorant tool. declassified nazi documentation rigourously kept by the massive bureaucracy of the third reich came out after the Nuremberg Trials added up to 2.8 million people. the deportation records themselves state that 1.3 million people went to camps (which is where they were being "deported") and 1.5 million more registered in extensive inventories kept by the nazi's.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago 4
@LibertaerUeberAlles Go to the Yad Vashem museum website which collects and displays over 3million names photocopied from actual records and photos of the victims (if you can, visit the museum for yourself), and also photocopies of lists of people transported, all sources referenced and linked. I imagine you go to the German statistics website (duh) to find the pop. figures of ethic minorities before the war, and then after. Next is just a matter of doing simple subtraction.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago
@LiberterUberAlles btw, Britain declared war on Germany because germany openly declared their intention to take over europe (and the world) and were already aggressively showing they meant it. it was simple self defence against a rogue state. and it's inane to bring up the "genocidal bolshevists" as some kind of excuse to justify such actions against jews. the bolshevists were NOT primarily Jews, in fact they were a small minority; that itself is just more anti-jewish bull.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
Furthermore, please educate yourself by googling: "Franklin Roosevelt's Secret Map speech"
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago 2
Sure it may have been impractical and stupid, but that doesn't stop the fact that that's what Hitler wanted. And what "brutal" rule, what expulsion of Germans from their homeland? Did you see this in a dream? YOU are the one making outlandish and unverified claims. Yeah I know the German people in general had problems, that's why their leaders scapegoated already discriminated against and stereotyped minorities (jews, gypsies etc) to bully around and blame for their problems.
unfortunatebeam 5 months ago
@unfortunatebeam
I don't know why I discuss this with you, since you don't even know the basic information. Apparently, you've been imbued with a selfish ideology that has prevented you from learning.
LibertaerUeberAlles 5 months ago

If you disregard all the thousands of pieces of photographic, documental, and testimonial evidence, then talking with you is a waste of time.
mukmakumkum 5 months ago

Ostatebuckeye11 3 months ago
@Ostatebuckeye11 lol. wow that's a lot of framing! of course you don't even pretend to say that i'm WRONG. that would require that you actually PROVE it. instead you get the vapors, feel faint & start swooning. lol, pussy. two can play that game:
you're comment is the most pedophilic i've ever read on this lousy site! ugh what a worthless pervert you are! it's frightening to think how many child abusing perverts like you there are trolling the net looking for underage tail. how shockingly sad!
WikeddTung 3 months ago 4
@WikeddTung pedophilic? i wont even entertain your sick and twisted mind. this is what i am talking about. now you are talking about pedophilia. . i hope you feel good now. just keep trolling these boards. spitting your venom. but remember this. there is a reason why you are the only one who agrees with your opinion. and everyone else like me who reads your comments are disgusted. ok, the whole world is wrong and you are right. you against the world. you are a victim. poor you.
Ostatebuckeye11 3 months ago
@O11 you're not only a pervert but a deranged, moronic pervert.
"there is a reason why you are the only one who agrees with your opinion. and everyone else like me who reads your comments are disgusted."
really? my comment is the top rated one for a month. seems like a few folks agree with me. and NOBODY cares what a pervert pedophile like you finds "disgusting".
prove i'm wrong or FUCK OFF. pervert.

Ostatebuckeye11 3 months ago
@O11 every single comment you've made is nothing but FRAMING. you don't claim i'm wrong. you don't attempt to prove me wrong. you don't attempt to make any kind argument. all you've done since you injected yourself into this thread is try to FRAME my original comment with bullshit about how "stupid, scary, venomous & funny" it is.
my point about smoking is that ASHES DON'T DISAPPEAR & i know that from EXPERIENCE. 20-30 MILLION POUNDS OF ASHES don't just disappear. PROVE ME WRONG or FUCK OFF.
WikeddTung 3 months ago
@WikeddTung I don't claim to be an expert on the subject but I have seen animal carcasses burned and if the fire is hot enough the bones burn too. And most of what i empty from my ash trays are the buts. Take the ashes only ( no Butts ) outside and put them on the ground and pour some water on them or let the wind blow them. What's left? your argument is uneducated
snakeman036 3 months ago
@s6 no, YOU're "argument" is uneducated. what's left after smoking cigarettes is ASH. it doesn't go away; it becomes impacted & HARD. in fact pouring water on ashes doesn't dissolve them, it makes them muddy & when they dry they dry HARD. there is an entire layer of the earth MADE OF ASH that settled onto the surface of the planet after a dinosaur killing asteroid hit it. these are FACTS both historic & scientific & easily researched. the only thing you got right is that you aren't an expert.
WikeddTung 3 months ago 8
@WikeddTung why would you even argue about a subject that is already UNDERSTOOD?...DOCUMENTATION is in a word;overwhelming.
dempsey981 3 months ago
@d1 your comment is nothing but framing. what's UNDERSTOOD is that the number six million has FACTUALLY been downgraded even by those in the shoah business, that there is not one piece of paper DOCUMENTATION generated by any third reich bureaucracy that proves it happened, there is ZERO FORENSIC EVIDENCE of it & that the reason people like schpielberg insist on documenting "eyewitness" testimony is that THAT is all the myth has to substantiate it. don't IMPLY otherwise, PROVE it.
or fuck off.
