  • Great backdrop.

  • nice - I workout with the KB regularly and I'm always trying new things and looking for variety. Well explained and demonstrated...I've been doing the Goblet Drop for quite awhile but I just called it the squat 'n' toss! Looking forward to more. I'll be checking out the site. Thanks

  • you should be using more weight you pussy

  • Keep em coming! Great work!

  • That first exercise is hard enough without the kettlebell, haha. And squatting hurts. But no pain, no gain! Good videos!

  • awesome form!!!

  • very cool wong man!!

  • Eric, I love this new program from Scott. Who wouldn't especially if you are a CST athlete. You do a great job in explaining everything pertinent and also thankfully explain application of the exercise to other activities, especially MMA movements.

I must ask where this park is (Toronto?).

  • @doughboy9520

Yeah it's an awesome program isn't it?

Yup - I'm actually just outside a spot called Fort York - it's a historic site that used to be a fortress that was built in 1812 when the US declared war on Canada... Pretty cool place.

  • well i'll definately being doin da dragon press cause that second one looks a little shady. I've seen people get sweaty doin that and jus drop it.

  • @pyro69man

Hahha yeah you definitely don't want to drop that bell - outdoors is nice because then if you do it doesn't matter.
