This happened in my province, and I read the whole story. Two cows were on their way to the slaughter house when they feel out of the tow trucks. The cops tried to make them climb back on but it didn't work, and the calves were becoming agressive. When they decided they were a hazard for nearby residents, the police shot the calves WITH the approval of their owner
