  • it's below parallel. it's a deep squat. if the person goes parallel you can't say anything bad about the depth. if they claim 'deep' and go BELOW parallel, you can't say anything bad about the depth. so stfu.

  • @joecandito i agree its not a verry deep squat but if you loo kclosely it was below parralel, not a huge amount but still he went below parralel for sure it was a great squat.

  • :) the stance is quite narrow, so this is more "olympic" squat than power squat. I went as deep than it is possible without injuring the joints, believe me :)

  • Well I haven't maxed out since the spring but I did 365 x 6 ATG last week. So yeah, I'm pretty sure I can get 400+. But, OF COURSE, since I don't have a video, you won't believe me. Doesn't matter tho, because I know I can and you can't, as your video clearly showed. Can't get one, let alone 3.

  • only complete gym-newbies actually tell people how much they leg press ;). It's because different leg presses vary in resistance, and there is also no generally accepted form for a good lift.

  • Anybody can do squats. I always that the most impressive, are lifters who can lift twice their body weight. I'm 186Ibs. The most I ever done with weights was 215Ibs. But I just stuck. I lost a lot of muscle and strength, I only can squat about 190ibs. now.

  • stiff bar, thats definitely 400lbs, its my max lift, 4 20kg plates on each side plus the 20kg bar is 180kg or roughly 400lbs, but i know what you mean, no bending of the bar at all

  • nice squat but you should keep your elbows directly under the bar, it puts stress greater stress on the lumbar if u have them flaring out. nice though you got a good couple of inches below parallel.
