How does 4 throttle bodies A.K.A ITB's, restrict air flow? Yes, the cfm at each throttle bosie will be lower individually than a 90mm throttle body on a manifold but the combined cfm and air speed should be greater. Plus better throttle response and even air distribution between cylinders.

You can get a lot more by using a custom intake manifold with a 90mm throttle body. Having 4 throttle plates restricts air flow.

@fasthonda lol you are an idiot. kinsler 62mm itbs flow over 400 cfm PER CYL. a 90mm bottom feed intake for a Kseries might flow 500 ish with a lot of work. 500 to all 4..
