That's because you need to activate the plugins. The key should be on your After Effects DVD. If not, you have to buy the plugins from CycoreFX.

Well I have a problem, well I installed all your presets and other things, but the Shine Glow will not work, it says that there is missing effects and I have to install CC Composite, CC Radial Fast Blur, but I works fine in After Effects CS4, but I want to use it CS3, CS4 is too slow.

If you want to animate the source point simply click on the stop watch next to the source point and then scrub thrugh the video to one point and change the value of it.
