Hey! I really liked your video. You should think about submitting it to the Mercury Film Festival, starting June 3rd. You could win a free outboard or a fishing trip. You can find more information about rules, prizes, and eligibility at the Mercury website.
The place looks great and I wouold love to be fishing there.
It would have been nice to have some audio, some music or perhaps if you had explained what you used, how you used it. And at the end it would have been nice to see the fly you used.
Hey, I'm new to fly fishing and I'm trying to order some wooly buggers. I have a 9 FT 7 weight rod and reel outfit and I was wondering what size hooks I need. I want a size that i can use both on Trout and Largemouth Bass.. Thanks in advance.
@WINNIETHEGUINEAPIG i fly fish mainly for bass and i like using #6 hook for dry flys and it depends on how big you want your fly to begin with but if you can only buy one size hook i like #6 for bass hope this helped
Excellent video. I noticed you kept the tip in the water when you were working the lure. Did you mean to do this? I'm new to fly fishing and never saw that before. I have yet to catch a bass and it looks like so much fun. I catch a lot of crappy where I live. That river you were fishing looks epic.
Thank you... I used a Targus Grypton Portable Tripod. I also attached one of the legs with the velcor that is used to hold a fly rod and it worked out really well.

nice fish and cool video angle

Looks more like a spotted bass than a largemouth, but they don't have spots in NH, only largemouth and smallies.
