no, center of gravity is always in center of the wings and you landed with smaller airspeed whic result to high flare angle. One of the most important thing is to see the runway and beacuse that high flare in one moment you loose it
You flare an aircraft so you can put most the weight of the aircraft on the main landing gear, so the little nose gear one doesn't take too much.
You're right though.. centre of gravity always SHOULD be in the centre of the wings.. I think Armin did a pretty good job landing this though.. after all it is a 727..and it is Sarajevo airport :P

It is because you have all weight of aircraft on its tail and in order to make smooth landing you have to "rotate".
