  • you can use soy milk if you are lactose intolerant, it is lactose free but it also has estrogen!!

    Yes, one could use soy milk if they REALLY wanted to. And, you're right - it does contain estrogen...not something a bodybuilder or anyone trying to gain lean muscle wants. If someone is lactose intolerant, I generally point them to Almond milk or Rice milk. Research is just now detailing the adverse/harmful effects of using soy products.
