@Mamaane97 He has a condition called pectus excavatum. Its the hollowing or crating of the chest, it doesn't show until late teens and no one knows what causes it. He also acknowledge having it in one of his interviews (Oguri Shun did). But from the looks of it its not quite as serious as other cases of the same condition. :)
