finally got in touch with someone 18005227341 ext82334 after numerous calls saying its out of warranty this number and ext gave me a free one time fix of the chip no parts are labor
I replaced the "Digital Board" which did the trick. The Digital Board is basically the mother board w/ the main processor and DNIE chip. Note that in my case, the transparent overlay on the upper left corner is not scrambled and had the correct colors. This is what confirmed that the color wheel and DMD were ok. Good luck!
