If you have say 40 points left to level, you can use the, "Help Needed" on your mafia roster located on your homepage in the lower right of the screen. There shoul be a number 10 in red letting you know there are taskes to be performed. After you've given energy here if you choose to, you can also give gifts as well. After everything is said and done you can repeat this again by refreshing your homepage. Hope this helps you out. Peace

For spillover exp, if you have low max energy it's best to use the Bangkok episode 4 job "Ambush A Burmese Army Convoy". It requires 259 energy but gives 443 exp. It gives the most exp among other jobs.

If by fighting boss you can get higher exp than 443 exp, fight the boss as last job before leveling up

I always bank my cash. The bank fee gets reduced when you do certain jobs anyway, but also sometimes people only attack you for your money. So I find I only really get attacked once because they seem to be looking for cash.

Some of this info is old. Keeping both E and S working is still good. 1st priority; Get a 501 mafia. You'll gain more attack and defense with mafia members(up to 501) than with any weapon. Get through boss level as quick as you can. (X2 Energy/per cycle) Get into Moscow(best weapons)

I think the reason why people use Stamina 1st is so that they could get their HP to minimum, so people can't attack them. This also helps if you like keeping your money out. Just make sure you're hitting targets that will lose if they retaliate.

Having both Energy and Stamina timers running is a good suggestion. Use a bit of Energy and Stamina initially to get the timers going, then use up Stamina 1st to get low HP, then use up Energy.
